The 4th Annual Millwood Car & Truck Show On June 26, 2010 The Spokane T-Club members put on a Car & Truck Car Show to benefit The Spokane Guilds School & Neuromuscular Center for kids. The were 148 cars there, with 110 of whom registered. There were some outstanding sponsors like Dairy Queen, Albertson's, Coyote Rock Reality, Ramax Trophies, Anytime Fitness, Big R, Jimy Elslick License Plates, The Camaro Club, West Valley School and Great Clips just to name a few. These people make it possible to be able to give the Spokane Guilds School just under $2,000 under the Penny Drive. There were some outstanding cars and even a fire truck that was modified into a car hauler. The Sponsors worked hard to make this show the best. The prizes door, and the raffles prizes were donated by: Albertson s, Anytime Fitness, Big R and Jimy Eslick. The mix of cars and people make this a great family affair. West Valley Schools allowed us to use their field to put on this show for charity. When Ken Daniels, Development Director for the Guild School stopped by to see the show and how well things were going, we put him to work selling raffles tickets, and later to award the trophies. It was a great show. Everyone put a maximum effort for the kids. We were able to turn over $1678.00 to the Guild School. Suzie & I would like to thank all these people who came out and helped, since we are retiring from running car shows due to health issues. Alan will still be an advisor to help. Remember due to the National tour the August meeting was set for the following Friday. Hope nobody is superstitious since it will be the 13th. Lee Burgess is offering his homestead again for the festivities and will see you all there. Your Prez Steve Hi, at the Good Sam Car show, there were (Stacey's 27-T, and a 26T Roadster with a rear seat) and a 1920 Durant (original) not restored - and a couple of A's too...total cars 30+. It was fun and the residents and staff enjoyed them a lot. Alan Stacey 1

Subject: Thank You & please pass it on I want to say a big "Thank You!" to all the guys for the Tuesday Night at The Ranch for all the work they contributed to drop the engine into my 1923 Model T. I won't try to name everyone who had their hands on it, but I know it was a bunch. It was a little scary to see so many hands doing so many things so quickly, but everything got done right! I drove to Mt. Spokane the following day, and drove close to 500 miles campaigning just before the June 8 election. Let me say that the neighborhoods I visited in the Model T voted big in my favor. I think I crank started it 225 times during those neighborhood visits, nearly all of it in the rain. Then it was off to the Montana 500 where I probably drove it between 1200 and 1400 miles. I drove from Lincoln to Lewistown to North Dakota to Lewistown to Lincoln to Missoula to Hamilton and back to Missoula. The car ran great, but I was definitely tired by the finish. Give Nan Robison a big hug. Her car ran well, but more importantly she did an outstanding job behind the wheel. What great fun, the comeraderie, the intensity, the sharing, the disappointments. Mike Stormo spent a year planning and chasing and building his car, and it was a whiz, except for that one valve. A big night in the parking lot with lots of helping hands got him back on the road but with time penalties; Jillian Robison spent a few hours in the mud under her T in Lincoln on a rod bearing, again with lots of helping hands; and other stories, too. Mike Robison did a super job organizing the 50th anniversary and handled his disappointment at the end with class. What a special treat to have Ed Towe give us the green flag to start and the checkered flag to finish plus the stories from the past! One of the best days of my life happened at Bloomsday 2003 when I happened to meet several members of the club who were going to a safey inspection. They invited me along, and what a ride it has been...the old car gathering at Eureka Rendezvous Days...Montana 500s...friends in Calgary...Helping revive the Rocky Mountain T Club...2010 Montana Majestic Mountain T Tour...great friends, great cars, great times...more to come. In 2003 I couldn't have imagined it all. Thank you to all at the Inland Empire Club, Fender Chatter, and especially to the Carnegie and Robison Clan. You have been great help and inspiration and good friends. Thanks also to my good friend in Eureka, Abe Van Bemmel, who helps keep my old cars running good. But I digress: The point of writing was a sincere expression of gratitude for the help at the Tuesday Night Sessions. Mike Cuffe - Eureka, MT 4
