Spectral densities of 1/f noise, shot noise and thermal noise of the MA-based device. The 1/f noise (S I (1/f)) can be calculated by equation of S I (1/f) = I(f) 2 /(Fs N), in which I(f) is the discrete Fourier transform of the dark current waveform I(t), Fs is the sampling rate, N is the number of data points. The calculated spectral density of 1/f noise is shown in Fig. S8. At a modulation frequency of 10 Hz, the value of S I (1/f) is about 2.0 10-21 A 2 /Hz. The shot noise (S I (shot)) can be expressed as S I (shot) = 2 q I dark, where q is the elemental charge, I dark is the dark current of the device. The calculated S I (shot) is about 9.67 10-27 A 2 /Hz. The thermal noise (S I (thermal)) is calculated by using Nyquist s equation, S I (thermal) = 4 k B T/r, where k B is the Boltzmann s constant, T is the temperature and r is the differential resistance of the device in the dark. The calculated S I (thermal) at room temperature (300K) is about 5.00 10-27 A 2 /Hz. 10-17 Noise Spectral Density (A 2 / Hz) 10-18 10-19 10-20 10-21 10-22 10-23 0.01 0.1 1 10 Frequence (Hz) Fig. S8 Spectral density of 1/f noise for the MA-based device at -0.1V. 10 10 D* (Jones) 10 9 10 8 MA-based Device 10 7 300 400 500 600 700 800 Wavelength (nm) Fig. S9 Specific detectivity of the PVSC fabricated by MA process as the function of incident wavelength. 10 1 Current Density (ma cm -2 ) 10 0 10-1 10-2 0.1 1 10 100 Optical power intensity(mw cm -2 ) Fig. S10 Photocurrent of MA-based device under the illumination of white light with various intensities at -0.1V bias.
