Implementation Status and Key Decisions Project implementation has been slow. The Government has introduced changes to project implementation and allocated additional technical staff, which marginally improved implementation performance and delivery of outputs as per the timeline agreed between the World Bank and the Government of Belize during the Project Mid-term Review last November 2017. Currently, the Project Implementation Unit and the Line Ministries ought to focus on the timely delivery of the Full Designs and full compliance with the WB s Safeguards Policies so works can commence late 2018.
