ADDENDUM NO. 2 JANUARY 15, 2019

BARTLETT HIGH SCHOOL LOOSE FURNITURE BID PACKAGE ADDENDUM NO. 2 JANUARY 15, 2019 This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Plans and Specifications dated January 7, 2019. The Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification. This Addendum consists of ( 1 ) page and ( 8 ) attachments. I. GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS A. The winning bidder is responsible for providing and installing the furniture. B. Please refer to Product Substitution Procedures for all substitutions. ALL substitution requests must be submitted on Product Substitution Request Form provided in front end documents. C. Sign-In Sheet from Pre-Bid Meeting on 1/11/19 is attached. D. Vendor shall plan to store furniture offsite. No storage space will be provided at the school. E. Vendor shall coordinate delivery dates, locations and staging with Flintco. For installation in initial buildings, easy access from Woodlawn Street will be available. For installation in later buildings, loading docks will be available in Building D (Auditorium) and behind Building E (Library). F. Allsteel desks are specified as thermal-fused laminate. G. See attached spreadsheet for furniture quantities per building. H. All furniture is freestanding except D7 Outdoor Bench and E3-E7 Library Shelving. I. Items F1 and F2 shall include all appropriate connectors, stabilizers, and carts. J. Items F9, F10, and F11 Costume Shelving shall include 2 shelves per section with garment bars. K. Bid shall be tax exempt. II. MODIFICATIONS TO SPECIFICATIONS A. Refer to attached revised Bid Tab for Package A. 1. A3 should be QTY 38 in lieu of 37. 2. A4 should be QTY 40 in lieu of 39. B.
