CCMS Login Screen: User Manual of Computer Complaints Management System [CCMS] This login screen to login users such as admin, acm1 6, and each district have one user name. Welcome Screen with Menus: Admin user login displays all menus Admin Services Menu, User Services Menu, AMC Vendor s Services, User Profiles Menu, and General Menu. Here Admin Services Menu displays one for admin login only and User Services menu displays only for users login i.e., district court users, AMC Vendor s Services menu displays only AMC Vendor s users and User Profile and General menus are common for all users. Admin Services - Admin Dashboard: This Dashboard screen comes only for Admin user login. In the Dashboard when click district name on map shows the number of complaints logged in the clicked district by group name wise. View Logged Complaints: This screen shows the complaints logged from given dates. It will display all the calls entire state logged by admin user. View Stock Details: Here we can view the stock details of entire state by District wise, Town Wise, Group Name wise, Sponsor By wise, and Under AMC/Warranty wise. To view stock details District name selection field is mandatory other this all are optional. Here stock details also we can print or export into excel. Stock Details Deletion: This screen for deletion of stock details by entering the item serial number. It will be available for admin user only. This is used when user wrongly enter stock item or serial number. It will delete all details related to that item serial number. Master Table Entry: This screen to enter Master table entries. We can add district name, town name, group name, item name etc,. This screen available only for admin user login. H i g h C o u r t o f K a r n a t a k a, C o m p u t e r M a i n C e n t e r Page 8

User Services Call Registration: This screen to log a complaint by admin user or district user. Here admin login user can log a complaint of any district by selecting district and followed fields. District user login can log complaint only concerned district related computer problems by entering e-call registration form fields. When complaint logged successfully complaint log number will be generated. By using this complaint number can track status of the complaint. View Logged Complaints: This screen used to re-open the calls attended by AMC Vendor s, if attended complaint again same problem arises those calls can be re-opened within 3 days of call closed by AMV vendors. H i g h C o u r t o f K a r n a t a k a, C o m p u t e r M a i n C e n t e r Page 10

View Logged Complaints: This screen is used to view the Logged complaints by concerned district user login. Here user can view calls only pertaining to concerned district court computer complaints logged. H i g h C o u r t o f K a r n a t a k a, C o m p u t e r M a i n C e n t e r Page 11

Stock Details Entry: This screen is used to enter stock details of various groups. Here all the fields are mandatory except HCC Serial No., IP Address, Supply date and remarks. H i g h C o u r t o f K a r n a t a k a, C o m p u t e r M a i n C e n t e r Page 12

Stock Details Modification: This screen is used to modify the stock details by entering item serial number. Here except District name and item serial number all other fields can be modifiable and the constraints are same as on stock entry screen fields constraints apply for this screen. View Stock Details: This screen is used to view stock details. Here district user login can view stock details pertaining to concerned logged in district court user only and except district name all other fields selection is optional. By selecting optional fields we can generate different ways of reports like town wise, court wise, group wise, etc, and also have facility to export these reports to excel. Judge Location Updation: This screen is used to update High Court e-man Stock details of Laptops and Laser Printers issued to sub-ordinate courts judicial officers by enter their Laptop and Laser Printer Serial number. This screen is used when judicial officers transfer from one location to other location by entering their laptop serial number and laser printer serial number to update the location of the judicial officer. Here all fields are mandatory. Here he/she has to enter serial number of laptop or printer click on get details it will display the JO Laptop/Printer details. He/she should select district, town, court name and click on update button to update the transferred/current location details in High Court HCK-eman stock details. AMC Vendor s Calls Status Updation: This screen is used to update call status details by AMC vendor s login. Here vendor has to enter complaint number and click on get details to display details of call. Vendor has to select attend date, status of call (Closed, Under Procee, Customer Pending, Not Rectified), engineer details and mobile number. The Vendor has 3days time to update the call status after attending the call (i.e., 3 days from complaint logged by district user/admin user and call status updated by AMC Vendor). View Complaints: This screen is used to view complaints logged by district user/admin user. Vendor can view call details between two dates by Pending, Under Process, Customer Pending, Closed, Not Rectified, Reopen calls. Here we have option to export to excel also. Update Profile: This screen is common for all users, it is used to update the profile of the logged in user. The description of the used will be display on top status bar (Here displayed as CPC (COMPUTERS). Here logged in used id and existing description will display and ask for new description. Change Password: This screen common for all users. It is used to change password of logged in user. To change password it will ask old pass, new password and confirm password. At the back end password will be decrypted by using MD5 algorithm. Password constraints are user can t give new password as same as current/old password while changing password. Track Complaint/Call Details: This screen is common for all users. It is used to track call status details by enter complaint number. User can view any complaints logged by district user/admin user. H i g h C o u r t o f K a r n a t a k a, C o m p u t e r M a i n C e n t e r Page 20
