Registered Company No. 09181574 www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk facebook.com/ghosthunteastanglia twitter.com/ghosthunt01 OK, we give up, where has the warm weather gone? The nights are now pulling in, but from our point of view, that's a good thing. Halloween is on the way, and we have some spooky nights on the way...
That Was The Month That Was. We started off the month of September with a visit to the creepy Gunpowder Mills in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Once again, this proved to be a very active site. Highlights of the night included some good glass work in the old shop and some impressive tapping on the table in the Mad Lab area. Four people from three different groups had to leave the Mad Lab area during the evening, as they all said they felt a sick sensation. There was also plenty of K2 activity reported. It was a great evening, and a great night. Thank you. All I can say is... "WOW!!!" Excellent. Thanks. We had a great time. Thank you. These were some of the comments we received from our guests, at the end of the evening.
The following Friday, we returned to what is said to be the house with the most poltergeist activity in Great Britain, 30 East Drive, Pontifact. Plenty of knocks and taps, some glass work, and a table up on two legs. Even when everyone let go of the table, it appeared to stay on two legs for several seconds. Several trigger objects were set up, including 13 domino's. While calling out, these appeared to tumble over by themselves, with one of our guests jumping over another, to land behind her on the bed, in the small bedroom! We also caught an amazing EVP as well, with the word NO heard clearly on the recording, when we asked if we were welcome in the house. A good night, and great hosts. I was a bit jumpy, and bricked it at times!!! The domino's were really weird, and a strange voice was recorded! Fantastic night, thanks guys! The above are some of the comments we received that night.
The following evening, GHEA returned to Kelvedon Hatch, in Essex. This place has a strange sensation with the lights on, just think what it is like, several meters underground, in the dark... We have 6 dates for this location next year. If you would like to join us, please visit www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk No rest for us, and six days later, we returned to 30 East Drive.
If you wish to join us in Pontefract next year, we have five new dates available. Please visit the website for more information. Our final investigation of the month was at our smallest location, and probably our most active, Rougham Control Tower, near Bury St Edmunds, in Suffolk. Another great night, at the place we like to call home. Once again, plenty going on with tables and glass work. A nice fun evening, with a great team. Thank you all so much. Have We Got GHEA News For You. We still have a few places available for our next investigation at Kelvedon Hatch, in Essex. This remains very popular with ghost hunters, and we return on the 22nd of October. If you wish to join us, please visit www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk or email ghostwatchers@outlook.com
Halloween is nearly upon us, and that means a very busy weekend for us, we have five events going on (You read correctly, FIVE EVENTS, go on, count 'em)! If you wish to join us, we would love to see you. We have two events on Friday the 28th, Harwich Redoubt Fort in Essex, and The Emergency Museum in Sheffield. If you wish to join us, on a different kind of Friday night, please visit the website for booking details. On Saturday the 29th, we have another two investigations, one brand new to us. We visit Colchester Castle in Essex, and a first visit to True's Yard, Kings Lynn in Norfolk. On Halloween evening, Monday the 31st of October, we have our final visit of the year to Rougham Control Tower in Suffolk. We investigate on Halloween night itself. There will be no tricks, but we'll keep our fingers crossed for plenty of treats! (Did you see what I did there?) :-)
Sadly, this event has SOLD OUT. But, if you wish to book up for our 2017 Halloween night at Rougham Control Tower (plenty of advanced warning here!!!), go to our website, a 10 deposit will secure your place next year. Please visit www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk for details on this, and many other events. Any Other Business. Once again, a big thank you to our wonderful guests, both old and new. You guys are the backbone of Ghost Hunt East Anglia. We must also mention some of the unsung hero's of our nights. Most of the locations supply someone to look after us during the evening. Without them, there would be no events. We hope to see you all very soon on an event, please visit www.ghosthunteastanglia.co.uk for a full list of nights, or if you have any questions on our paranormal evenings, please email ghostwatchers@outlook.com That's it for this month, we will speak again in November! Kind Regards, The GHEA Team.
