CCFC 21st Century Learning Environments It s about time! The world is changing! Does your District want to change with it? Learning no longer takes place only in the classroom, it takes place at all the in between spaces in what has become to be known as the social crossroads of education. Who is influencing who? Are K12, colleges, universities and corporate America creating unique work/learn environments utilizing furniture and technology to attract and retain top students and employees or are they designing creative spaces to improve performance and profit? Who cares - it's all an amazing wide open explosion of pedagogy, technology and productivity and guess what, everyone s having fun learning and working... it s about time!

If we can learn to let go a little, and allow children to take an active role in their education, learning may become more fun and engaging. We need to change how we traditionally think about school if we truly want to encourage experimentation, creativity, and problem solving.
