Extension to non periodic domains and finite elements is likely to be highly technical. There is no easy a priori estimate on the pressure. There is no easy a priori estimate on tuh (Fourier analysis gives uh H 3 8 ɛ (L 2 ), this is not enough!) The nonlinear term does not pose difficulties! The trouble maker is the product phuh! 37
