Huaihua Vocational and Technical College, Huaihua 48000, China; 2. Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha 4028, China) Abstract: To explore the growth promotion mechanism of plant extract from grape ( Vitis amurensis) seed and sweet wormwood on Monopterus albus, 2 400 healthy eel fingerlings were randomly divided into five groups. We fed with basal feed, and four experimental groups with diets containing respectively 0 gkg -, 20 gkg -, 30 gkg -, 40 g kg - mixture, which were extracted from grape seed and from sweet wormwood( Artemisia annua) with a four-to-one proportion. We determined the digestive enzyme activities and blood biochemical parameters of five eel groups after feeding for 00 d in 2 28. Results show that basal diets with the mixture could improve digestive enzyme, blood glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase ( GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase ( GPT) s activities, and triglyceride ( TG) s contents of eel. Compared with the, and total protein ( TP) s content; and could reduce blood glucose ( GLU) the above indexes had significant difference ( P < 0. 05) when the dosage of the plant extract was 20 gkg - or 30 gkg -, while the above indexes had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05) when it was 0 gkg - or 40 gkg -. There was no significant difference between 20 gkg - and 30 gkg - experimental groups. In conclusion, extract from grape : 202-07-7; : 202- -29 : ( 202NK3056) : ( 967 - ),,,, E-mail: hzhgzh@ 26. com
