Overall Implementation Progress (IP) Satisfactory Satisfactory Overall Risk Rating Moderate Moderate Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project closed on December 31, 2016. The targets of all four PDO indicators were achieved; three indicators achieved almost 160-170% of target values. The targets of seven of eight intermediate indicators were fully achieved; the remaining indicator (number of houses repaired compliant with standards) achieved only 97% of target value due to the decision to consider a segment of delivered houses as reconstruction rather than repaired. The project enabled the return of almost 16,000 households to their neighborhoods after the earthquake. It provided community wide upgrading works (including roads, electricity, and sanitation) for than 75,000 households. In all the project benefitted almost 350,000 people, of whom more than half were women.
