11 September 2017 Highlights First Drill Hole Completed at Bluebush Zinc Project The first drill hole (BB01-17) on the Bluebush Zinc Project has been completed at 431.9m Rocks prospective for SEDEX style zinc mineralisation were intersected from 172m until 385m, downhole depth 213 samples of 1m lengths of drill core have been dispatched to the laboratory for geochemical analysis Geochemical results are expected in approximately 3 weeks time Drilling has commenced on the second drill hole (BB02_17) of the 2,000m drill program Pursuit Minerals Limited (ASX: PUR) (Pursuit or the Company) is pleased to announce that the first drill hole of a 2,000m drilling program, has been competed on the Bluebush Zinc Project, northwest Queensland (Figure One). The Bluebush Project is one of two key projects Pursuit recently purchased from Teck Australia Pty Ltd and contains zinc mineralisation over an area of 120km 2. The objective of the drilling program is to locate a focal point to the large Bluebush zinc system. Within such a large body of zinc mineralisation the probability of encountering economic grades and thicknesses of zinc mineralisation is enhanced where SEDEX style zinc mineralisation is focussed. Pursuit Minerals Managing Director Jeremy Read said that completing the first hole on the Bluebush Zinc Project was a major milestone for the company, following its recent readmission to the ASX. In drill hole BB01-17 we have intersected a very broad package of rocks prospective for SEDEX style mineralisation from 172m until 385m downhole, Mr Read said. Consequently, we have submitted 213 one metre samples for analysis at the geochemical laboratory in Mt Isa. To intersect such a broad package of prospective rocks is very encouraging and due to the fine-grained nature of the Bluebush zinc mineralisation it is necessary to submit the entire intersection of prospective rocks for analysis, so we can determine the levels of zinc and lead.

The geological and geochemical results from this first hole will be used to update our model of the Bluebush zinc system and guide the drill holes to be completed during the remainder of the drilling program. Figure One Bluebush Project

Bluebush Project Zinc Exploration Drilling Program The Bluebush Project is located approximately 280km north northwest of Mount Isa and 72km northeast of the Century Mine in northwest Queensland and occurs within the Lawn Hill Platform of the Western Succession of the Mt. Isa Province. The primary exploration target on the Bluebush Project is sediment-hosted, stratiform and stratabound (SEDEX) zinc-leadsilver mineralisation within the Riversleigh Siltstone of the Upper McNamara Group. The project consists of two exploration permits (EPM s 8454, 8937), covering an area of approximately 214km 2. Previous drilling has intersected zinc mineralisation over an area of 120km 2 making Bluebush one of the largest areas of zinc mineralisation in Australia. The objective of the current drilling program of 2,000m across up to five drill holes, is to attempt to locate the focal point of the zinc system, where the grades and thicknesses of zinc mineralisation have a higher probability of being economic. If such a focal point to the zinc system is able to be located, then follow up drilling will be conducted in 2018 with the ultimate objective of defining a Mineral Resource. The Bluebush Project has no visible surface expression of the Proterozoic rocks prospective for and hosting the known, zinc and lead mineralisation. The rocks of interest are concealed beneath Cenozoic and Mesozoic sedimentary cover of variable thickness (averaging around 150m). Black soil plains and braided streams are the dominant geomorphological features. Geological interpretations are based on geophysical data and information obtained from ~50 diamond drill cores that collectively intersect approximately 1,500 metres of Proterozoic stratigraphy. The extensive zinc mineralisation at the Bluebush Prospect is interpreted to lie within the Bluebush basin, a large second order sub-basin developed between the Elizabeth Creek Fault Zone and the Tin Tank Fault to the south. Intra-basinal fault interactions (Seeder and V8 faults) active during basin extension events have resulted in the creation of a number of smaller third order smaller sub-basins, which are considered permissive for SEDEX zinclead mineralisation. The Bluebush zinc prospect contains enormous amounts of pyrite and significant, zinc and lead mineralisation over an area of approximately 12km x 10km. The majority of mineralisation intersected in the previous drill holes has been located in the Pyritic Carbonate (PC) rock sequence as disseminated, recrystallised pale-yellow sphalerite occurring in the coarser carbonate beds, and fine to coarse-grained sphalerite associated with bedding-parallel carbonate veins. Sporadic sphalerite and galena also occurs as bedding-parallel veins and disseminations in the Laminated Siltstone (LS) and Pyritic Siltstone/Mudstone (PSM) sequences. The mineralisation is typically stratabound. Drill hole BB01-17 (Figure Two) was drilled to test for the formation of thickened SEDEX-style mineralisation zone in the northwest quadrant of project, at the intersection between the Seeder and V8 faults. The hole was interpreted to be positioned in the same third order subbasin as historical drill hole BBDD47 (16m @ 1.5% Zn + Pb), but 950m closer to the interpreted intersection point between the Seeder and V8 faults. BB01-17 was drilled on the western side of the interpreted northwest trending Seeder Fault to drill hole BB02-17, which is currently in progress. The information provided by both drill holes

BB01-17 and BB02-17 will be important in order to establish the veracity of the Seeder Fault location and its potential role in focussing zinc mineralisation within the third order sub-basin. Figure Two Location of Drill Hole BB01-17 Drill Hole BB01-17 Drill hole BB01-17 (Table 1) was completed at a depth of 431.9m. The hole was drilled with a vertical inclination and therefore down-hold depths equate to depths below the surface. The overburden/proterozoic interface was intersected at a down hole depth of 163.6m. A thick sequence of pyritic rocks, prospective for zinc and lead mineralisation were intersected. Pyrite and fine-grained sulphides were intersected from a down hole depth of 172m until 385m, within the Algal Laminated Carbonate (ALC), Pyritic Carbonate (PC) and Pyritic Siltstone/Mudstone

(PSM). The main target unit, the Pyritic Carbonate (PC) was intersected between down hole depths of 322m to 382m. Table One Prospect Drill Hole Name Easting (GDA94, Zone 54) Northing (GDA94, Zone 54) Azimuth (Degrees) Dip (Degrees) Actual Depth (m) Bluebush BB01_17 292368 7987725 0 90 431.9 A summary of the geological sequences intersected in drill hole BB01-17 is given in Figure Three. Due to the fine-grained nature of the mineralisation and extensive thickness of prospective rocks intersected in drill hole BB01-17, a 213m length of the drill hole from depths of 172m to 385m has been submitted for analysis as 213 one metre samples. The results will be available in approximately three weeks time. Examples of the sulphides intersected in drill hole BB01-17 are given in Figures Four and Five. Following the completion of drill hole BB01-17, the drilling rig has moved to drill site BB02-17 (Figure Two) and is currently drilling to test a target on the eastern side of the Seeder Fault.
