5 TCC Annual Training Seminar Training As part of the TCC s capacity s capacity building activity role, TCC holds annual training seminars on the application of its climate monitoring and prediction products. 13 Remarks RCCs are expected to play an increasingly significant role in capacity development activities at the regional level. During training events organized by RCCs, it is strongly encouraged that sufficient time be allocated to practical exercises for operational use at their own NMHSs.
