God made the world. He made each day. He made the weather. He made the seasons. He made the pretty plants to grow. 1
2 Lessons 1, 2 What did you see outside that God made? Write four things on the lines God made many plants. Some plants grow on a farm. Some plants grow in a garden. Some plants grow in the house. God made a beautiful world. He wants us to take care of His world. In this LightUnit, you will learn about different kinds of weather. You will learn about different kinds of plants. You will learn how weather helps plants grow. Lesson 2 Rain God sends the rain. The rain is wet. Do you like to walk in the rain? It is fun to splash in the rain. 2 If you play in the house, you can hear the rain. Pit pat, pit, pat, says the rain.
3 Lesson 2 We like the rain. Plants need water to grow. We need water too. Thank You, God, for rain. Read. Rain, rain, Rain today. Sun will shine Some other day. Happy children Sing and play. Thank You, God, For rain, they say. Color the picture. 1. 3

Sometimes we can t see the sun because the clouds hide the sun from us. God sends the clouds. The rain and snow come from clouds.
