This is an essential aspect to improve our capability by positive competition. 4. Potential users of our services can be educated in the application of meteorology to their problems and meteorologists can be educated to understand the requirements of users and their principle problems. 5. It is essential to have a good Quality management System (QMS).

Customers are becoming more sophisticated in their use of technology and are expecting the BMS, as an information provider to interface with their systems. Some methods: Auto fax, fax on demand, weather line, weather warning, mobile, self-briefing terminals. Graphic, etc.. 7. The benefits of the BMS must be evaluated. 8. Use of the media. The media must be used at every opportunity and given all the key facts about weather events that have seriously impacted on the community and have caught national and global attention.
