16 Free Body Diagram Free-Body Diagram FBD is the most important concept in mechanics (require some experience of proper modeling) sketch of an isolated system of interest with all forces (moment) acting on it shown. The system should be disconnected from boundaries or other systems that are not of interest Example F 1
