5 Components and Functions Coil feeding equipment: Consists of one double head uncloiler, with a capacity of 6,000 lbs. and its base. The steel sheet is manually fed to the leveling equipment first, then being fed to the forming system being pulled by the forming rollers passively. Guiding Equipment 1) Adopting guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The coil is guided in the correct position and passed to the roll forming equipment Punching System 1) Adopt welded steel frame, It has great rigidity. 2) Holes dimensions are as attached profile drawing. 1 3/16 X 3 ¾ 3) Punching die material: Cr1 4) 3 sets of punching device is designed, machine stop one time, make punching and cutting at same time. 6 Roll Forming System 1) The main frame of machine is welded separately and the outside wall is connected by screw after being rotoblasted on the surface. 2) Roller Material is high grade No.45 forged steel, with digital - controlled procession. 3) The rollers are plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05 mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool. So that ensures long life of forming rollers. 4) Adjusting spacer between rollers manually when change size of product. 5) Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are controlled by Mitsubishi PLC electric cabinet automatically. 6) Suitable power voltage: 480V/60Hz, 3 phase (we can design according to customers requirement) 7) Line working speed (Forming Speed) 80 L/ft. per minute. 8) Main Machine motor power: about 10 HP, Hydraulic power: About 7.5 HP. 7 Hydraulic Post-forming cutting Equipment 1) Adopts post cutting, Stop to cut; 2) The cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment. 3) Adopts welded frame for good rigidity. 4) Cutting frame has been through heat treatment to avoid final product deformation.
