3 Patiology 101 Sunbrella FabricS Sunbrella is a solution-dyed acrylic fabric with an acclaimed history in outdoor furnishings. Through the process of solution dyeing, colour pigments are added into the fabric in its liquid state, fortifying its colour-fast properties. Due to this particular process, Sunbrella materials are made to be durable, resilient, colour-fast and superior in strength. With it s five year manufacturers limited warranty against fading, Sunbrella is the best fabric available for customers looking for fabric longevity. cast aluminum Furniture Over the past decade, Cast Aluminum has consistently been the first choice for Outdoor Dining Furniture, combining timeless Cast designs, with the non rusting element of Aluminum. Each piece is cleaned by using an acid-wash process and then powder-coated to the industries highest standards. Synthetic Wicker Furniture In recent years, synthetic wicker has become one of the industry s most sought-out, for style and comfort. The strong and durable resin wicker is woven around an aluminum frame, making it able to withstand the outdoor elements. Synthetic wicker is maintenance free. All our Synthetic Wicker Furniture is constructed of aluminum tube framing that is welded together, eliminating the need for nuts and bolts, and then powder coated. The wicker that is used on our products is made of 100% synthetic polyethylene material and is a consistent colour throughout so that fading is not an issue. Wrought iron Furniture Wrought Iron sets a traditional tone to a backyard with its long history in outdoor furniture designs. Due to its classic designs, Wrought Iron blends into any type of backyard. It is one of the strongest materials as it is made from solid rolled iron. All our Wrought Iron furniture then goes through an acid-wash process to clean off all the foreign material from the Rolled Iron, and is then E-Coated and finally Powder-Coated to the highest standards in the industry.
