Operating Environment 1. Warning Warning Mounting 1. efore performing installation, removal, or stroke adjustment, make sure to cut te power supply to te equipment and verify tat te equipment as stopped.. Installation of protective cover We recommend te protective cover sould be installed in te case workers migt be getting close during te operation. 3. Te rigidity of te mounting frame must be taken into consideration If te mounting frame lacks strengt, te sock absorber will vibrate after an impact, causing bearing wear and damage. on mounting plate can be calculated as follows. 1. Rotating angle If rotating impacts are involved, te installation must be designed so tat te direction in wic te load is applied is perpendicular to te sock absorber s axial center. Failure to observe tis precaution could scratc or gouge te sliding potion of te piston rod, or damage te seals, wic could lead to oil leakage and malfunction. Furtermore, damage to outside treaded portion of te outer tube could prevent te sock absorber from being mounted onto te frame, or its internal components could deform, leading to a malfunction.. Never turn te screw on te bottom of te body. Tis is not an adjusting screw. Turning it could result in oil leakage. Te sock absorber could become damaged if it is used in a loose state.. Pay attention to any abnormal impact sounds or vibrations. If te impact sounds or vibrations ave become abnormally ig, te sock absorber may ave reaced te end of its service life. If tis is te case, replace te sock absorber. If use is continued in tis state, it could lead to equipment damage. 3. onfirm tat abnormality, oil leakage, etc. in te outward surface. Wen a large amount of oil is leaking, replace te product, because it is believed to be appening someting wrong wit it. If it keeps on using, it may cause to break te equipment wic is mounted by tis product.. Inspect te cap for any cracks or wear. If te sock absorber comes wit a cap, te cap could wear first.
