Problem Solving Intervention 2-1 Using Inductive Reasoning to Make Conjectures When you are given a table of data, look for a pattern to see if you can make a conjecture about the data. To treat a dog for epilepsy, a veterinarian gives the dog a dose of medication and monitors the level of medication in the dog s bloodstream every three hours.
