3 June 2015, Pola: We presented a first idea of the Observatory Adriatic-Ionian Passenger Transport Observatory Instrument for quantitative monitoring Harmonisation/standardisation of data solutions for human mobility Sharing data Development of interoperability Joint and integrated promotion Implementation of sectoral analysis capacities and dissemination Permanent structure for implementation of EUSAIR strategies for Connectivity (Pillar 2 Obj 1 Maritime Transport IT&SR) Beneficiary involved: A-I Regions - Port Authorities Local/Regional Administrations Economic and Academic actors Local stakeholders Development agencies Universities & research institutes Economic actors Local logistics and transport sector players (services to tourism, travel, shipping, logistics, etc.)

4 September 2015, Corfù: We discussed on the topics 1. To propose the standardisation (simplification?) of administrative procedures and legal framework 2. To provide the statistical framework for the Adriatic-Ionian area (just one-stop-shop for data collection) removing all physical and virtual barriers and blocks that hinder accessibility of information. It should Synergize and standardise data collection, data solutions, assessments and dissemination on priorities for people mobility 3. To be the exchange hub for the collection and spreading of Best Practices on Passengers and Freight transport 4.To harmonize the A-I basin ports services according to a common & shared methodology defining common basic standards for categories of ports 5. To act as a collector of the needs and priorities of the A-I basin - in relation to Passengers and Freight transport, offering common and shared solutions and technical support 6.Implementation of a network between A-I passenger and freight mobility players, open to new accessions 7. To improve the competitiveness and attractiveness of ports and hinterland as for port-hinterland integration 8.To be the back-up of local dynamics and job market 9.Monitoring EU different calls 10.Visibility in a wider MED scenario (more innovation & ITC solutions) and synergy in participation to promotional events

7 January 2016, Ravenna We propose a Final Draft of the Cross Border Agreement The Overall General Objective to be pursued by the AIMaPaTO Observatory is: To provide expertise and be a key driver of change in the Adriatic-Ionian basin The AIMaPaTO Observatory wishes to undertake as its main mission: Promote the territorial and cross-border cooperation Reflection and proposition on legislative issues Reflection and proposition on technical issues Influence the decision makers

8 January 2016, Ravenna: We propose a Final Draft of the Cross Border Agreement The project partners agree to pursue common actions in order to: Cooperate for a joint policy and to promote Adriatic-Ionian basin as a destination in whole; Promote the Adriatic-Ionian basin in a wider MED scenario; Propose the standardisation of administrative procedures and legal framework; Provide the statistical framework for the Adriatic-Ionian area (just one-stop-shop for data collection); Be the exchange hub for the collection and spreading of Best Practices on Passengers transport; Conduct studies, research, info-training and support to members; Monitor EU different calls; Provide high-level expertise on key passengers transport issues.
