Box 9, Rasht, Iran Received: 3 Sep. 03, Revised: 6 Jan. 0, Accepted: Jan. 0 Published online: Apr. 0 Abstract: In this paper, two solitary wave solutions are obtained for the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger Coupled quadratic nonlinear equations by the ansatz method. Both topological non-topological solitary wave solutions are obtained. Keywords: Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation, Coupled quadratic equation, Topological non-topological solitary wave solutions Introduction Nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs) are widely used to describe complex phenomena in various fields of science, especially in physics. Therefore solving nonlinear problems play an important role in nonlinear sciences. Many effective methods of obtaining explicit solutions of NPDEs have been presented such as the tanh-function method its various extension [, ], the Jacobi elliptic function expansion method [3], the homogeneous balance method [], the F-expansion method its extension [5], ( G G )-expansion method [6], the modified simple equation method [7, 8], the semi-inverse variational principle [9] the solitary wave ansatz method [0,,,3,,5,6,7,8,9,0,] so on. It is very interesting to note that the solitary wave ansatz method has been successfully applied to many kinds of NLPDEs with constant varying coefficients, such as, for example, the K(m, n) equation [, ], the BBM equation [0], the B(m, n) equation [7], the nonlinear Schrodinger s equation [, 8] many others. This new method has been proved by many to be reliable, effective powerful. The aim of this paper is to extend the solitary wave ansatz method of finding new soliton solutions for the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation u tt c u xx + u+ v = 0, () iv t + v xx + uv=0. () the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation iu t + u xx u+u v=0, (3) iv t + v xx αv+ u = 0. () Non-Topological solitary wave In this section, we will calculate the non-topological solitary wave solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation, using the solitary wave ansatz.. Non-Topological soliton solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation For solving the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equations () () we use a solitary wave ansatz of the form u(x,t) = A sech p, (5) v(x,t) = A sech p e iη, (6) Corresponding author m-akbari@guilan.ac.ir

Here, in (5) (6) A,A B are free parameters, while q is the velocity of the soliton. The unknown exponents p p will be determined, The phase component of (6) is given by η = κx+ωt+ θ, (8) wave number, θ is the phase constant. Thus from (5) (6) we have: u tt = p q A B sech p p (p + )q A B sech (p +), (9) u xx = p A B sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) (0) v = A sech p, () v t = {p qa Bsech p tanh+ iωa sech p }e iη, () v xx = {p A B sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) + iκ p A B sech p tanh A κ sech p }e iη, (3) uv = A A sech (p +p ), () Now substituting (9)-() into () () gives (p A B (q c )+A )sech p p (p + )A B (q c )sech (p +) +A sech p = 0, (5) ip A B(q+κ)sech p tanh +( ωa + p A B A κ )sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) +A A sech (p +p ) = 0. (6) By setting the imaginary part to zero in (6) we get κ = q (7) By balancing the power of sech (p +) sech (p +p ) in (6) we have: By balancing the power of sech (p +) sech p in (5) we get: p =. Now, from (5) (6), setting the coefficients of the linearly independent functions sech (p i+ j) to zero, i=, j= 0,, gives p A B (q c )+A = 0, p (p + )A B (q c )+A = 0, ωa + p A B A κ = 0, p (p + )A B + A A = 0. (q c ),A = 3 q c, A = 3 q c,ω = q c q, q c < 0. Thus, the solitary wave solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation is given by u(x,t) = 3 q c sech (x qt), v(x,t) = 3 q c sech (x qt) e i( q x+( q c q )t+θ).. Non-Topological soliton solution of the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation For solving the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equations (3) () we use a solitary wave ansatz of the form u(x,t) = A sech p e iη, (8) v(x,t) = A sech p e iη, (9) = B(x qt). (0) for solitary waves to exist. Here, in (8) (9) A,A B are free parameters, while q is the velocity of the soliton. The unknown exponents p p will be determined, The phase component of (8) (9) is given by η = κx+ωt+ θ, () wave number, θ is the phase constant. Thus from (8)
3 Quant. Phys. Lett. 3, No., -5 (0) / 3 (9) we have: u t = {p qa Bsech p tanh+ iωa sech p }e iη, () u xx = {p A B sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) + iκ p A Bsech p tanh A κ sech p }e iη, (3) u v = A A sech p +p e iη, () v t = {p qa Bsech p tanh+ iωa sech p }e iη, (5) v xx = {p A B sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) + iκ p A Bsech p tanh A κ sech p }e iη, (6) u = A sech p e iη, (7) Now substituting ()-(7) into (3) () gives ip A B(q+κ)+sech p tanh+( ωa +p a B A )sech p p (p + )A B sech (p +) + A A sech (p +p ) = 0, (8) ip A B(q+κ)sech p tanh+( ωa +p A B A κ A α)sech p p (p + ) A B sech (p +) + A sech p = 0. (9) By setting the imaginary part to zero in (8) (9) we get κ = q (30) By balancing the power of sech (p +) sech (p +p ) in (8) we have: p =. By balancing the power of sech (p +) sech p in (9) we get: Now, from (8) (9), setting the coefficients of the linearly independent functions sech (p i+ j) to zero, i=, j= 0,, gives ωa + p A B A κ A = 0, p (p + )A B + A A = 0, ωa + p A B A κ A α = 0, p (p + )A B + A = 0. ω+ κ +, A = 3 (ω+ κ + ), A = 3 (ω+ κ + ), ω = 3 (3 q + α ) ω+ κ + >0. Thus, the solitary wave solution of the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation is given by u(x,t) = 3 (ω+ κ + )sech e i( q x 3 ( 3 q +α )t+θ), v(x,t) = 3 (ω+ κ + )sech e i( q x 3 ( 3 q +α )t+θ). 3 Topological solitary wave In this section, we will calculate the topological solitary wave solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon- Schrodinger equation the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation, using the solitary wave ansatz. 3. Topological soliton solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation To start off, the hypothesis is taken to be u(x,t) = A tanh p, (3) v(x,t) = A tanh p e iη, (3) = B(x qt). (33) for solitary waves to exist. Here, in (3) (3) A,A B are free parameters, while q is the velocity of the soliton. The unknown exponents p p will be determined, The phase component of (3) is given η = κx+ωt+ θ, (3) wave number, θ is the phase constant. Thus from (3) (3) we have: u tt = A p B (p )q tanh p p q A B tanh p + A p B (p + )q tanh p +, u xx = A p B (p )tanh p + p A B tanh p A p (p + )B tanh ( p + ), v = A tanh p, v t = { p qa Btanh p +p qa Btanh p + +iωa tanh p }e iη, v xx = {p A B (p )tanh p +( A p B A κ )tanh p +p (p + )A B tanh (p +) iκ p A Btanh p + ip A Btanh p + }e iη, uv = A A tanh (p +p ),
4 M. Akbari: Topological Non-Topological Soliton Solutions of the Coupled... Now substituting the above expressions into () () gives A p B (p )(q + c )tanh p +( p A B (q + c )+A )tanh p + A p B (p + )(q + c ) tanh p + + A tanh p = 0, (35) ip A B(q+κ)tanh (p ) + ip A B(q+κ) tanh (p +) +( ωa A p B A κ )tanh p +A p B (p )tanh (p ) +p (p + ) A B tanh (p +) + A A tanh (p +p ) = 0. (36) By setting the imaginary part to zero (36) we get κ = q (37) By balancing the power of tanh (p +) tanh (p +p ) in (36) we have: By balancing the power of tanh (p +) tanh p in (35) we have: p =. Now, from (35) (36), setting the coefficients of the linearly independent functions tanh (p i+ j) to zero, i=, j= 0,±, gives p A B (q + c )+A = 0, A p B (p + )(q + c )+A = 0, ωa A p B A κ = 0, p (p + )A B + A A = 0. 3 A = (q + c ), A = 3 (q + c ) 8(q + c ), ω = (q + c ) + q. Hence, finally the topological solitary wave solution to the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger equation is given by 3 u(x,t) = (q + c ) tanh [ 8(q + c ) (x qt)], v(x,t) = 3 (q + c ) tanh [ 8(q + c ) (x qt)] e i( q x+( (q +c ) + q )t+θ). 3. Topological soliton solution of the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation To start off, the hypothesis is taken to be u(x,t) = A tanh p e iη, (38) v(x,t) = A tanh p e iη, (39) = B(x qt). (0) for solitary waves to exist. Here, in (38) (39) A,A B are free parameters, while q is the velocity of the soliton. The unknown exponents p p will be determined, The phase component of (38) (39) is given by η = κx+ωt+ θ, () wave number, θ is the phase constant. Thus from (38) (39) we have: u t = { A p Bqtanh p +p qa Btanh p + + iωa tanh p }e iη, u xx = {A p B (p )tanh p +( p A B A κ )tanh p + ia κ p tanh p + }e iη, u v = A A tanh (p +p ) e iη, v t = { p qa Btanh p +p qa Btanh p + +iωa tanh p }e iη, v xx = {p A B (p )tanh p +( A p B A κ )tanh p +p (p + )A B tanh (p +) iκ p A Btanh p + iκ p A B tanh p + }e iη, u = A tanh p e iη, Now substituting the above expressions into (3) () gives ia p B(q+κ)tanh p + ip A B(q+κ) tanh p + +( ωa p A B A κ A )tanh p +A p B (p )tanh p +A p B (p + )tanh p + +A A tanh p +p = 0, () ip A B(q+κ)tanh (p ) + ip A B(q+κ) tanh (p +) +( ωa A p B A κ αa ) tanh p + A p B (p )tanh p +p (p + )A B tanh (p +) + A tanh p = 0. (3) By setting the imaginary part to zero in () (3) we get κ = q () By balancing the power of tanh (p +) tanh (p +p ) in () we have: By balancing the power of tanh (p +) tanh p in (3) we have: p =.
5 Quant. Phys. Lett. 3, No., -5 (0) / 5 Now, from () (3), setting the coefficients of the linearly independent functions tanh (p i+ j) to zero, i=, j= 0,±, gives ωa p A B A κ A = 0, A p B (p + )+A A = 0, ωa A p B A κ αa = 0, p (p + )A B + A = 0. A = 3 (κ + ω+ ), A = 3 (κ + ω+ ), 8(κ + ω+ ), ω =(3κ + α ) κ + ω+ <0 Thus, the solitary wave solution of the Coupled quadratic nonlinear equation is given by u(x,t) = 3 (κ + ω+ )tanh [ 8(κ + ω+ ) (x qt)]e i( q x+( 3 q +α )t+θ), v(x,t) = 3 (κ + ω+ )tanh [ 8(κ + ω+ ) Conclusion (x qt)]e i( q x+( 3 q +α )t+θ), In this paper, we have used the solitary wave ansatz method to obtain the topological non-topological soliton solution of the Coupled Klein-Gordon-Schrodinger Coupled quadratic nonlinear equations. It should be noted that solitary wave ansatz method is a powerful efficient method to obtain exact topological non-topological soliton solutions for nonlinear partial differential equations.
