5 TPK Early History: 2002 Northern Superior formerly Superior Diamonds Inc. ( ): Original focus, diamond exploration; Areas outlined by airborne magnetic data sets Original targeting derived from interpretation, three large airborne magnetic data sets; Till sampling programs yielded very few kimberlite indicator minerals (diamond indicators), but 100 s of gold grains recovered from what is now the area of the TPK property, indicating significant gold mineralization. Targets tested by regional till (overburden) sampling programs; and Till processed for complete suite of heavy minerals KIMs, Base Metals, Gold. 5

6 TPK Early History: 2007 First real clue of a significant gold play: Six subglacial, glaciofluvial (sand and gravel/ esker) samples, 200 m apart, returning highly anomalous, pristine gold grain values (> 60 grains); Sample materials represent a high energy, dilutive environment for heavy minerals, these samples should not have returned so many pristine grains over such a long distance (1.2 km); and This was the precursor to discovery of the Big Dam gold grain-in-till apron. At this time, the process of building a contiguous claim block from several, widely dispersed and single diamond claims began. 6

7 TPK Early History: 2010 Three extensive till sampling programs completed over a three year period: Defined the Big Dam gold grain-intill dispersal apron (6 km x 11 km) A unique geological feature, only two others in North America compare in size: Meliadine, Nunavut Rainy River, NW Ontario There must be significant gold mineralization exposed at surface to get this much gold into the overburden or surface environment. Gold grain anomalies of this scale are amalgamated responses from a cluster of gold zones. They normally indicate a large gold system or district rather than a single gold zone Think Red Lake Gold District. 7

9 TPK Advanced Exploration: Big Dam Area Gold grain-in-till apron is an absolutely unique, geological feature So many gold grains = significant source area A gold grain-in-till dispersal apron, with embedded gold and silverbearing boulder trains: 6 kms Apron shedding off a goldbearing structure, almost perpendicular to ice flow, minimum width of 6 km; Dispersal of 11 km; and Gold grain counts from 10 kg till samples yielding 1,262 gold grains (15-25 gold grains commonly launch exploration programs). This apron is a unique geological feature the only way to get this much gold into the surface environment is if there is significant visible gold exposed at the bedrock surface for glacial ice to erode, transport and deposit so much gold think Hollinger Mine and the exposed veins of gold within site of the head frame. 9

10 TPK Advanced Exploration: Big Dam Apron Perspectives, Comparable # 1: New Gold s Blackwater Creek, British Columbia The Blackwater dispersal train is large: Sharply defined train 1.3km long by 1.0km wide; and gold grains per 10kg overburden sample, background of 0-5 grains. Big Dam Apron is almost 6 times wider, 10 times longer and twice as many gold grains in their best sample! Blackwater has a NI compliant proven and probable mineral reserve of: 8.17 Moz gold; and 60.8 Moz silver in 344 Mt grading 0.74 g/t Au and 5.5 g/t Ag (Christie et al. 2014). Sub- crops beneath the till, i.e., the area exposed to glaciation, deposit measures ~300 x 1000 m. (from Averill, 2015) 10

11 TPK Advanced Exploration: Big Dam Apron Perspectives, Comparable # 2: TMAC s Naartok Deposit, Nunavut The Naartok dispersal train is large: Sharply defined train 4.5km long by 1.0 km wide; and 1,000 gold grains per 10 kg(?) overburden sample. Big Dam Apron is almost 6 times wider, 2 times longer and 20% more gold grains! Naartok deposit, measured and indicated mineral resource of: 6.44 million tonnes at 8.4 g/t gold; and 1.73 million ounces gold. Possibility that some of the gold grains may be derived from undiscovered gold zones beneath the train (from TMAC Resources press release, December 22 nd, 2016) 11

12 TPK Advanced Exploration: Big Dam Apron Perspectives, Comparable # 3: Angnico Eagle s Meliadine Deposit, Nunavut The Meliadine dispersal train is large: Train approximately 18km long by 8.0km wide; and Approximately 340 (max total) gold grains per 7.2kg overburden sample. Big Dam Apron is almost 2 times wider with approximately 4 times as many gold grains over their best sample collected in their Discovery Zone. Of the 842 boulders sampled within the Big Dam area: 37 of the samples (4.4%) contain > 1 g/t silver; 5 of the samples (0.6%) contain > 10 g/t silver; and 3 of the samples (0.4%) contain > 25 g/t silver (see Northern Superior press release, October 18 th, 2017). 15
