3 Opportunity Significant land position with 885km 2 of tenure in 9 projects located largely within the in Sonora Porphyry Belt. 7 projects still available for option/joint Venture Why the Sonora Porphyry Belt? World class belt, extension of the prolific Laramide-age Arizona porphyry belt anchored by Cananea (30B lbs Cu; 6M oz Au; 206M oz Ag) and La Caridad (17B lbs Cu) in Mexico. Very under explored compared to Arizona or other porphyry belts in North America. Major Cu producers are currently exploring or obtaining land positions (Grupo Mexico, Teck and Inmet). 3

4 Evrim s History in Sonora Strategic Alliance signed between Kennecott Exploration (KEX) and the Geoinformatics group (GXL) : Large regional data compilation in Arizona, Mexico and New Mexico (SWAMPY). Kiska owns this data and it is a future source for generative targets : Kennecott conducts first pass exploration on targets generated by SWAMPY : Kennecott hands over all Sonora projects to Geoinformatics as part of the Strategic Master Alliance Agreement Geoinformatics conducts exploration on select targets predicated on drilling to satisfy the Kennecott agreement. 2007: Geoinformatics options 75% of the projects to Azure Minerals : Azure earns 51% and then 60% in the JV projects. 2009: Kiska merges with Geoinformatics and negotiates the dissolution of the JV with Azure and removal of the Kennecott Back In Right. Kennecott retains a 2% NSR. 2010: Evrim purchases Mexican assets from Kiska. Kennecott still retains a 2% NSR. 4

6 Cardelena Property Located 130 km SE of Hermosillo in the Suaqui Verde San Javier district. 29 km 2 Ha of Concessions Porphyry style copper and quartz gold -silver fault vein mineralization occurs on the project. 6

10 Cardelena Conclusions Strong surface gold anomaly measuring over 800m x 150m, open under cover rocks to the east. Several parallel east west breccia veins intersected in trenching and drilling. Open along strike and down dip. 10

11 La Palma Property Located 120 km NE of Hermosillo 54 km 2 Concession Demonstrated mineralized porphyry system in drilling Unusual gold endowed system that may not be Laramide aged. 11

15 La Palma Interpreted Section The next logical step is to conduct wide spaced IP along the southern flank of the hillside to test for the presence of a sulphide system at depth. Depending on results, drill test for increased width and grade in the sulphide core. Proposed Drill Test Mineralization is also hosted in the adjacent granodiroitic rocks allowing for greater size potential 15

16 La Palma Conclusions Demonstrated porphyry alteration and mineralization in three drill holes over 375m of strike length and 200m depth. Sub-economic grades, but very unusual 1:1 copper gold ratio. Excellent potential to expand the system to depth and along strike to the west. Sulphide core of the system has not been tested and may yield higher grades. 16

17 San Nicolas Located 180km SE of Hermosillo, 50km SW of the Mulatos gold mine and 4km from Los Verdes 0.137% Mo & 0.657% Cu). 26 km 2 Concession. Porphyry related breccia district. Less explored than other districts in Sonora. 17

21 San Nicolas Porphyry Mineralization Sheeted to stockwork qtz chalcopyrite malachite veins with phyllic alteration halos. No IP or DRILL testing of this target. 21

22 San Nicolas Conclusions Under Explored relative to the rest of Sonora Large district land holdings when combined with Arroyo Amarillo Only the breccia bodies have received any exploration attention Copper in the system at La Buffa Breccia Demonstrated porphyry style mineralization at surface has not been evaluated. 22

23 Arroyo Amarillo Overview Located 5km NNE of San Nicolas. 22 km 2 concession. Presence of argillic alteration and silicifcation with polymetallic vein mineralization. Total of 42 rock grab samples with highlight results of 2.72 g/t Au, 1080 g/t Ag and 16.15% Pb. Larger porphyry potential not evaluated in conjunction with the San Nicolas concession. 23

24 Batacosa Project Overview Located 225km SE of Hermosillo and 60km NW of the Piedras Verdes oxide copper mine 0.36% Cu). Classic porphyry copper zonation over a 3km x 1km area. 25 historic RC holes by Phelps Dodge, Teck and Luismin. PD-01 returned 0.1% Cu. MT-12 returned 0.2% Cu oxide 24

25 Batacosa: Geology Laramide aged granodiorite batholithic body. Cut by a Monzonite porphyry and several breccia bodies. Post mineral rhyolite tuff cover rocks The monzonite porhyries and breccia bodies have associated phyllic, argillic and propylitic alteration. 25

27 Batacosa: Conclusions Exploration to date has focussed on the leachable copper potential, similar to that at Piedras Verdes with some success. Normal fault near MT- 12 suggests that the CuOx potential has been down dropped. The entire system has only been tested to about 200m depth in most places. 27

28 La Noria Project The La Noria project is located 60km from the port of Mazatlan and 35km from a major railway. There is existing power infrastructure to the project. La Noria covers several polymetallic breccia pipes with associated porphyry style host rocks alteration and mineralization. Testing of the porphyry potential has not been systematically conducted. 28

30 La Noria Geology Principally equigranular granodiorite with occasional porphyry dykes. Mineralization hosted in Breccia / Fracture Zones. Alteration typical of porphyry related systems with argillic and potassic alteration. Major structures trend NNE-SSW, N-S and E-W. Breccia zones oriented in several different directions. 30

31 La Noria: El Naranjos El Naranjo Large zoned coppermolybdenum-silver soil anomaly. Copper in soils averaging 1000ppm over 1.6km by 500m Silver in soils averaging 1.5g/t over 1.7km by 600m. Molybdenum in soils averaging 28ppm over 500m by 300m. Conducted IP and tested by 6 drill holes. Porphyry-style fracture-hosted mineralization returned 171 metres of 0.1% copper & 2.2 g/t silver and from 385 metres along strike, 83 metres at 0.12% copper & 2.3 g/t silver. 31

32 La Noria: Los Laureles New Discovery in early 2008 Surface anomaly measuring 750m by 250m. Five holes drilled so far all intersecting molybdenumcopper-silver +/-gold mineralization 0.12% Mo (0.2%MoS2), 0.14% copper, 11.8g/t silver. 0.07% Mo (0.12%MoS2). 0.26% copper, 12.52g/t silver. Gold in footwall contact at depth, 0.33g/t Au, 11.2 g/t Ag, 0.30% Cu. 32

34 La Noria: El Zapote 780m by 200m soil anomaly averaging: 7.8g/t silver, 620ppm copper, 32ppm molybdenum, 800ppm lead, 617ppm zinc. Only first pass prospecting has been conducted 34

35 La Noria Project: El Tiro Largest single copper anomaly at La Noria with 2.7km by 1.2km. Centro Area 1000m x 700m with results averaging 720ppm Cu, 1.2g/t silver and 17ppb gold. Rock grab samples up to 0.75% Mo and 33.2g/t Ag. 35

36 La Noria: Conclusions Very large land package. Proven breccia district with ability for new breccia discoveries like Los Laureles. Presence of porphyry style alteration and mineralization at El Naranjos Porphyry potential beneath the breccia bodies has not been systematically tested. The single largest soil anomaly at El Tiro has not been explored. 36

37 El Nilo Gold Project Durango, Mexico Grass Roots, covered exploration target covering 74 Km2. Adjacent to the El Castillo Gold Project (Argonaut Gold Inc.) Located in the Durango part of the Sierra Madre a world-class gold and base-metal province. 37
