Chornobay Position: President, CEO and Director Bill is a business man with over 30 years experience in negotiations, identifying and acquiring undervalued assets, corporate finance, corporate development, team building, and managing exploration programs in the Americas. He has held Board and Senior Management positions, and has been instrumental in raising over $150 million dollars in the resource sector. Bill is a leader, team and company builder who has provided the overall corporate vision and building blocks that are required to grow successful companies. He has extensive experience in project generation, acquisition, and management of several successful exploration programs resulting in discovery. 7 LUCKY STRIKE GOLD DISCOVERY 2017 was the inaugural drill program on the property with 1000m of drilling over 9 holes and returned 5.36 g.t Au over 22m in hole 9 and intersected near surface gold mineralization in every hole. 10 km gold trend delineated by soil sampling geophysics, prospecting and bedrock trenching and drilling (2017) 5 main gold zones: Monte Carlo, Belmont, Samson, Boss and Maverick Only Monte Carlo drilled and DDLS returned 5.36 g/t Au in Highly significant when compared to Golden Saddle discovery hole of 4.1 g/t Au over 18m and Coffee discovery drill hole of g/t Au over 15.5m The anomaly at Monte Carlo is 1450m X 450m and remains open. This area is large enough in scale to host a deposit the likes of either The Golden Saddle deposit or Goldcorp s Supremo Zone. Free gold in quartz vein - Monte Carlo Zone To date, all 8 trenches along the 450m strike length at Monte Carlo have encountered near surface gold mineralization in bedrock and many drill targets remain to be tested. Monte Carlo has a northwest trending geophysical signature indicating a mineralized contact or structure that has been mapped using IP, ground mag and airborne geophysics. This is coincident with gold mineralization seen in the 2016 and 2017 trenches. This anomaly is observed at depth and along strike for 700m and remains open.
