4 Historic Erzgebirge Mining District The Erzgebirge District has a long history of silver, base metal, tin, tungsten, iron, fluorite, and uranium mining First reported mining for silver in the 12 th century Avrupa sees a potential gold district, with target of large, bulk-tonnage deposits Deposit model type is Reduced intrusion-related gold, with North American examples including Fort Knox, Dublin Gulch, and others in Tintina Gold Belt 4

5 Erzgebirge JV agreement Beak Consultants GmbH applied for and acquired the Oelsnitz Exploration Permit, covering ~ 307 km 2 of highly prospective land in the historic Erzgebirge mining district in eastern Germany Oelsnitz Permit issued for Au, Ag, Sn, W, Mo, Cu, Pb, Zn, Te, barite, and fluorite Avrupa must fund 140,000 (~ C$ 180,000) in exploration expenditures to earn-in to 85% of the Oelsnitz Project and form Erzgebirge JV EARN-IN is now complete Details of formation of joint venture are underway Avrupa will look for a more senior partner, particularly from the group of European gold mining companies, who could carry the project forward, potentially to mining 5

7 Avrupa Minerals Prospect Generator Avrupa Minerals operates a Prospector Generator business model Avrupa brings new eyes and ideas into old mining districts, such as the Erzgebirge in Germany, the Pyrite Belt in Portugal, and the Vardar Trend in Kosovo 900-year old Erzgebirge Mining District has never been explored for gold, though there are reports of gold occurrences since the Middle Ages Reduced intrusion-related gold deposits are a relatively new deposit model never previously considered for the region 7

16 Work Plan Beak awarded 307 km 2 Oelsnitz license in January 2012 License covers significant Au-Sn-W anomalism Beak contracted to conduct first-pass recon of project area, with Avrupa oversight and review Collect +500 stream sediment samples, +200 rock samples, recon geology, and prospecting 2 nd -pass anomaly follow up, as needed Regional structural review to model controls of mineralization Catalog, sample, map, prioritize old workings and prospects -- already several 100 s of old workings identified on property Anomaly follow-up and presentation to interested potential partners 16

17 Work progress First pass review by Beak and Avrupa includes discovery of previously unknown workings, local development of gossans, possibly new idea for structural control of mineral locations To date, 550 SS samples and 255 rock samples collected and sent to lab for multi-element analyses -- waiting on final rockchip results Identification in the field of further areas of favorable host rocks and target possibilities 2 nd -pass anomaly follow-up work commenced 17
