1 Some Tips for the Multiple Choice Section Memorize the definitions all of them Memorize examples of the definitions Be able to know and apply theory Do not look for patterns. If there is a run of Answer Choice C, it s usually a coincidence. I try to go back and make sure that you don t get for example four or five answer choice C in a row, but I m not always successful. Familiarize yourself with all trends Familiarize yourselves with any diagrams that I have written in class You will be asked to do simple math without a calculator: I expect you to be able to multiply and divide by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10 without the help of a calculator. You will have to do simple addition and subtraction without a calculator. Study everything. I guarantee you: none of these specific questions are on the Final Exam. However, most of the answer choices or the way to solve them show up in some way, shape, fashion, or form either in the main question or as answers. (And, this is a brief review: there are other definitions that aren t on this review sheet that show up on the Final, as well.) This is one of the few definitions that are exclusively from class notes. I hope you have them. 2) E There was an error on one of the original test review sheets.
