Surface area examined 2 dm 2 (both sides of the samples taken into account, because both sides are in contact with the reagents) Reagents added to the samples and placed for approx. 2 hours in a water bath at 70 C Measurement with spectrophotometer at 400 nm with a 4 cm cuvette.
