Two Types of : 1) Prokaryotic: without a nucleus. Do not have structures surrounded by membranes, The DNA in prokaryotic cells is in the cytoplasm. Few internal structures, Are found in single-celled (unicellular) organisms, such as bacteria 2) Eukaryotic: that contain a nucleus. Usually larger than prokaryotic cells. Are found mainly in multicellular organisms. Contain organelles surrounded by membranes, Most living organisms - Plant and Animal Organelles: The cell has "little organs" that perform special functions. They are membrane-bound structures of a cell.

Color and label each of the cell parts with the same colors as on page 45 of your notes.. 3. Color the like cell parts the same; for example, nucleus for both cells will be grey with a black nucleolus in the center. When you are finished with pages 44 and 45. Pick up the The Cell as a City Activity Page AND a blank sheet of computer paper. Use your notes to complete the 10 questions. Then draw, color, and label your very own Cell City poster. You may have fun with this activity, but your city must have all 10 parts shown. Each part must be labeled with the city part and cell part, and your work must cover the entire computer sheet.
