(AP) Mobile: A strong desire aroused in my mind whether the BLACK MONEY which is hidden in SWISS BANK will be returned to India through the severe efforts of present NDA Government or not. As an K.P. astrologer and as a citizen of India I want to know the fact. So, immediately the horary chart is erected by generating a horary number 74/249 through computer (KPAstro 3.5). The horary chart details are as follows and the chart is also enclosed for benefit of the readers. H.No. 74/249; ; Thursday; AM; Kurnool; N; E Moon indicates the mind of the querent. In this horary map, Moon (2-1) is in the star of Ketu (9): Ketu is conjoined with Venus (10-4,11) and in the sub of Saturn (4-7,8). 2 nd house indicates money matters, fortune, profit, one s power and resources, bank balance etc.; 1 st house indicates appropriating other s money. 6 In this horary chart, 8 th CSL Saturn (4-7,8) is in the star of Jupiter(12-6,9) and in the sub of Mercury(11-3,12). But the planet Saturn is in retrograde. In horary map, planets in retrograde motion, if deposited in the constellation of a planet which is in direct motion indicates that after some obstacle and delay, the matter will materialize, when it is in direct motion and passes beyond the point wherefrom retrograde motion started. RULE:- A planet having no planets in its stars is a strong significator of the houses for which it is a cuspal sub lord. As per the above said rule, in this horary chart, Sun, Mercury and Saturn do not have any planets in their stars. So Sun is a strong significator of 6 th house as it is the sub lord of the 6 th cusp. Mercury is a strong significator of 2 nd house as it is the sub lord of the 2 nd cusp. Mercury(11-3,12) is in the star of Rahu(3), conjoined with Saturn(4-7,8) and in the sub of Jupiter(12-6,9). Mercury is in the list of common planets. So Mercury bhukthi is capable one to fructify the event. Ketu dasa / Mercury bhukthi is running from to Therefore, within this period the Black Money from Swiss Bank will be returned to India through the severe efforts of the present NDA Government. We have selected Ketu as Dasa lord and Mercury as Bhukthi lord only for fructification of the event (getting back Black Money to India). Let us try to reduce the period astrologically further. We have to select the Anthra lord from the remaining planets of the common planet list. They are Sun, Venus and Rahu. From these three only we have to select one planet as Anthra lord as per Vimsottari dasa system. So we can select Venus as Anthra lord. Venus (10-4, 11) is in its own star and own sub. It is also in the list of common planets. So it is a capable one to fructify the event. Ketu dasa /Mercury bhukthi /Venus anthra is from to Next Sun sookshma may be selected as per Vimsottari dasa system. Ketu/Mercury/Venus/Sun is from to If the event is not fructified due to unavoidable circumstances within the above mentioned period, definitely it will occur during the period of Ketu/Mercury/Venus/Rahu without fail. In this horary chart 8th cusp sub lord Sat(4-7,8) is in the star of Jup(12-6,9) and in the sub of Mer(11-3,12). Sat is a self strong significator for the houses 8,11 as it is having no planets in his stars holding the cusp sub lord of the 8 and 11. In the same way Mer is a self strong significator for 2nd house as it is having no planets in its star holding the cusp sub lord ship of 2nd cusp. As mentioned above Sat signifies 2,6,11 along with 8,12. This is an indication for getting the black money partially. Readers of this article may think how it will happen within this short period. RULE: - If either the occupant of 11 th or the lord of 11 th is a fast moving planet such as Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, and Venus, then the event will be fructified within a short period. If either the occupant of 11 th or the lord of 11 th is a slow moving planet such as Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu and Ketu, then the event will not be fructified with in a short time, but will take a long time. When it is connected to 8 th it would be congenital, otherwise it would impair during D B A of the planets signifying 6, 8, &12 and badhaka sthana. 2) House(s) to be analyzed for Deafness-- Ears and entire nervous system comes under the jurisdiction of third bhava (house) as well as third sign of natural Zodiac Gemini. Therefore Gemini, its ruler Mercury and Virgo (the other sign owned by Mercury) will naturally get the jurisdiction on hearing. Secondly Mercury (lord of Gemini and Virgo) controls entire nervous system of body. As a result Mercury has been accepted as chief Karaka for hearing and ear diseases. The sub division in the sign Taurus, i.e. Venus-Moon-Ketu Taurus to tells about the defective voice or mute. 3) Second sign in natural zodiac Taurus- and its lord Venus which signify face, nose, mouth and ears; when afflicted would lead to ENT problems. 4) K. P astrologer Sr C.R Bhatt says that if the sub lords of 2 nd and 3 rd cusps signify 6,8,12 houses and also connected to the Mute signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces- it would lead to defective speech and hearing. That is to say that the native would become Deaf and Dumb. From the above rules it is clear that Second house and third house of the natal chart are the main houses connected with dumbness and deafness. Therefore we will have to check whether there is an affliction to 2 nd / 3 rd house, its cuspal sub lord, its connection with Mercury- significator of speech and hearing faculties and finally its connection with 6, 8 and 12 houses. 5) Cure from diseases: If the sub lord of 6,8 &12 are the significators of 1,5 &11, then the person will have cure from diseases in the DBA (Dasa / Bhukti / Anthara) of significators of 1,5,11. After the necessary examination and tests, the boy was operated in Feb 2008 at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore for cochlear implant for his left ear which connects the relevant brain nerve. A cochlear implant is a surgically implanted electronic device that provides a sense of sound to a person who is profoundly deaf or congenitally hard of hearing. Since birth till death on 24 th May 2014 for about 10 years, he was living with breathing only as a deformed baby, without speaking, sitting or walking. This article is to study the infantile death of this boy by KP longevity rules. KP Longevity Rules (a) Longevity is to be considered as follows: 1) If Asc. cusp sub lord signifies Badhaka, Maraka and 6,8,12 houses, short life up to 33 years. Three level signification of sub lord planet, its star and its sub is to be considered. 2) If Asc. cusp sub lord signifies 1,5,9,10 houses and 6,8,12 houses, middle life up to 66 years. 3) If Asc. cusp sub lord signifies 1,5,9,10 houses, long life over 66 years up to 100 years. 4) If 9th house is Badhaka, it is most harmful for longevity. If 11th house is not Badhaka, it is most helpful for longevity since 1,5,11 houses are saving houses from danger to life. If the longevity is still there, one can survive from danger to life during the conjoined dasa period of significtors of death inflicting houses. No Recovery from surgery of spinal chord One of my friends called me from Chennai on 05 Jan 2014 and I was told that his younger brother had undergone spinal surgery at L4-L5 level - discectomy. In fact he was admitted in the Hospital for spinal surgery due to his inability to walk since one week ago. He even had no control over his discharges i.e. urine and stools. This was the reason the doctors had advised to go for immediate surgery as the spinal MRI revealed severe jamming of the spinal nerves by the spinal disc at L4-L5 level of the spine. He was then immediately admitted in the hospital for spinal surgery. After the surgery the doctors told that it may take longer time for his brother for complete normalcy and cure. My friend s brother asked me as to when he will recover completely after the surgery. I had asked my friend s brother to give a number between 1 and 249. He gave the horary no.132. I had cast the horary chart for hor. no.132 at the Longitude 79 E 32 and Latitude 18 N 03 at 17 Hrs. 28 Min. 39 Secs. Moon s indication: In the horary chart, Moon is placed in 5 th house and is posited in Rahu star where Rahu is in12th house. 41 Question- 2: Further question of saying that Gemini and Cancer, and also Sagittarius and Capricorn Ascendants are impossible in the TROPICAL charts for northern Alaska, northern Norway and Siberia. But the actual problem is Inside the polar regions, a part of the zodiac never rises above the horizon. Hence, certain signs can never be Ascendant there Examples are northern Alaska, northern Norway or Siberia. In these two places, the signs of Sagittarius and Capricorn "(Tropical)" - - never rise above the horizon, while the opposite signs, Gemini and Cancer, always remain below the horizon. Therefore, people born there cannot have these four signs as their Ascendant One of the questions to ask is whether a noticeable number of people walk around in these regions without the characteristics of the signs of these Ascendants. Question 6: One side representation of Rahu/Ketu If Rahu is the RP at the time of judgement and Saturn is conjunct with Rahu, will Saturn also be considered as the ruling planet? Answer 6: In this case a shadow planet Rahu without physical body like other planets acts as an agent of conjunct Saturn and gives the results of Saturn, but Saturn cannot give the results of Rahu. 47 Book Review- Financial Astrology By: Tin Win Financial Astrology, How to Forecast Business and Stock Market by LCdr. David Williams American Federation of Astrologers, Inc., Fourth Printing pages, oversize In the book "Financial Astrology", first edition published in 1982, the author Lt. Cdr. David Williams discussed the theories of other financial astrologers as well as his own in forecasting business and the stock market. In using astrology in market analysis the author focused mainly on the study of business cycles and of the relation between astrology and finance. Based on his 30 years research in financial field, Williams shares the techniques he used in predicting the ups and downs of the U.S. economy in his magazine column. There is also a chart correlating USA economic activity to the solar cycles since the Revolutionary War. The author had gone to great pains to prove every one of his statements in great detail and as such the book is credible. Late in the nineteenth century the sunspots and the business cycle had been investigated and coherent correlation between them was found. Sir William Herschel the discoverer of the planet Uranus proved statistically that "in periods with little or no sunspots, wheat was KP Ezine July

48 scare and prices were high; conversely, during the periods of abundant sunspots, crops were abundant and prices were low". (page 10) After much further research, Williams some findings like sunspot cycle have been found to be not so valid in market forecasting. However, what did stand out was his coverage of J M Funk s 56 year panic cycle. This consisted of three sequences, in which major US financial distress occurred quite regularly in grid patterns based on 56 years and multiples of 9 years.
