2 Location and Access: The Amador Canyon property is located in the Austin Mining District about 3 miles north of the town of Austin in Lander County, NV. It is accessed via a good 2wd road. It is situated at an elevation between 6300 and 7000 feet.

3 History: In the three decades that followed the discovery of silver in Austin in 1864 over 20 million ounces were mined from the district. Bonanza grade veins contributed the majority of the production. According to newspaper reports the mines at Amador Canyon were given up after the experienced water issues. A geologist sampled the main shaft in the 1940s after mining had mostly wrapped up and reported samples that assayed between 167 oz/ton and 250 oz/ton silver. Until the mid-2000s no drill work was performed on the property. In 2004 drilling encountered 12.2 meters grading 286 g/ton silver. In 2009, reverse circulation drilling was conducted to test steeply dipping manto style mineralization and along the Amador Fault resulting in anomalous silver values in all the holes. Sampling also identified gold values east of the silver zone of up to 10 g/ton. Geology: Shallowly-dipping quartz veins that subparallel bedding (rock unit layering) in the Paleozoic rocks are the predominant type of vein in the Amador Canyon property. Quartz monzonite intruded into the older Paleozoic rocks with the bedding-subparallel veins and supposedly concordantly underlies the Paleozoic rocks. Both vein types were sources of silver mineralization. Both vein types preceded the younger Tertiary volcanic rocks that overlie the Paleozoic and quartz monzonite rocks regionally. Some of younger, steeper-dipping (transverse) veins, however, penetrated up into the Paleozoic rocks and increased (hybridized) silver in the older bedding subparallel veins, where they intersected them in the N-part of the district.

4 According to Greewalgh quartz monzonite was the most productive rock in the district. The ore is in shoots in a number of quartz fissure veins frequently displaced by faults. While there are a number of other small veins in the district, the principle production has been derived from a series of parallel veins having a northwest strike and a dip to the northeast. A previous holder of the property noted main targets of interest at Amador Canyon are veins and shear zones that are formed at or near the contact between intrusive rocks and overlying sediments. Many of these shears have shallow to moderate dips and appear to follow bedding planes in the sediments and form "stacked" tabular zones of mineralization. Other veins and shears on and within the area of the property cross cut bedding (transverse veins) with generally steeper dips and can be projected into the underlying intrusive rocks. These are the likely feeder structures to the mineral system. This contact area is a structurally disrupted zone that facilitated the introduction and dispursement of mineralizing solutions and this favourable environment has seen very limited exploration in modern times. Prior surface rock chip sampling by a different company in the mid-2000s demonstrated an association of the silver mineralization to both carbon and sulfides and returned values of 8 to 125 opt silver in outcrop. Channel samples taken within the historic workings, during the drilling program, returned high values of 8 feet grading opt (including 4 feet of 20.2 opt) silver It appears that neither of the companies who mostly recently held the property possessed Greewalgh s map of the underground workings at Amador Canyon and so may not have realized the existence or importance of the NE-striking, thin, high grade transverse vein in the Amador tunnel to drill target on projection to the other bedding-subparallel veins another possible major inadequacy to their exploration at Amador Canyon. The Amador Canyon Property is an exciting asset in the middle prolifically rich area with a potentially significant silver resource and possibly gold as well.
