3 Kiyuk Lake - Investment Thesis A true district play with a claim package covering a majority of the sedimentary rocks of the Proterozoic Kiyuk Group 13,200 meter drill database: Gold Showings over a 15 Km Strike Length Mineralization is associated with pyrrhotite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, and magnetite (+/- hematite). Mineralization occurs in breccia infill with actinolite, carbonate +/- albite and magnetite 2017 summer exploration program ($950,000) highlights: Rusty Zone: 26 g/t Au East Gold Point: 1.5 g/t Au and 1.8 g/t Au Identification of new prospect (Nansen) and West Rusty zone extension through results from till sampling Significant Expansion Possible: Four target areas not yet drill tested Many parts of the known zones remain untested by drilling 2

5 Management Jack Bal, CEO/Director Jack Bal is a business executive, with over 15 years of experience in the resource industry and public markets. Mr. Bal has been involved in capital markets, management, public relations and marketing in the resource sector with contacts in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and has raised in excess of $50m for listed junior resource companies in the field of mining, oil and gas and high technology. Chris Pennimpede, Vice President of Exploration and Director Chris Pennimpede is a Professional Geologist with more than ten years' experience in mineral exploration in Canada and the United States. Chris served as Project Geologist for the Kiyuk Lake project and has led several successful gold and copper exploration projects in Yukon, Nunavut and Alaska. Mr. Pennimpede began working with exploration companies in 2008, and worked with Underworld Resources and Kinross Gold Corporation on the Golden Saddle deposit in Yukon Territory. Ian Graham, Independent Director Ian is a career mining professional with over 20 years of experience in the development and exploration of mineral deposits, gained with Rio Tinto and Anglo American. As Chief Geologist with the Project Generation Group at Rio Tinto, Ian has been involved with evaluation and pre-development work on projects including the Diavik Diamond Mine, Resolution Copper, Eagle Nickel, Lakeview Nickel and Bunder Diamond. Dean Pikeski, Independent Director Dean Pekeski is a Professional Geologist with over 20 years experience in mineral exploration and project development. From 1996 to 2008, he served as exploration geologist and project manager with Rio Tinto Exploration exploring for base metal and diamond deposits in Nunavut, North West Territories, Northern Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba, Southern Africa, and India. Mr. Pekeski was the project manager for the Rio Tinto exploration team that discovered, and evaluated the diamondiferous Bunder kimberlites. 34 Deposit Model Stacie Jones Masters Thesis on Rusty Mineralization (Defence winter 2017) Age of mineralization is unknown but likely related to Nueltin Intrusive suite (1.7Ga). Source and composition of hydrothermal fluids not known. Association with Po suggest relatively reduced conditions; unmineralized carbonates and carbonate alteration suggest non-acidic fluid; association with albite and scapolite suggest fluid had high salinity. Most similar to Au-rich Fe-oxide associated deposits in Tennant Creek District of Australia which involve a 2 stage deposit model (early ironstone & late Au event) Similarities to B2 Gold s Otjikoto sediment-hosted Au deposit in Namibia (1.3 million oz gold) but little public information available. 30
