1 ANALISIS BIVARIAT DATA NUMERIK DAN NUMERIK Uji Korelasi dan Regresi Sebagai contoh kita akan melakukan analisis korelasi dan regresi menggunakan data yang sudah dibagikan (ASI Ekslusif) dengan mengambil variabel yang bersifat numerik yaitu berat badan ibu dengan berat badan bayi. A. Korelasi Untuk mengeluarkan uji korelasi, langkahnya adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Aktifkan data ASI Eksklusif (program SPSS) 2. Dari menu utama SPSS, klik Analyze, kemudian pilih correlate, dan pilih Bivariate, muncullah menu Bivariate Correlation: 3. Tampilan analisis korelasi berupa matrik antar variabel yang dikorelasi, informasi ya g muncul terdapat tiga baris, pertama berisi nilai korelasi (r), kedua menampilkan nilai p Value, dam ketiga menampilkan N (jumlah data). 3 Mnurut Colton, kekuatan hubungan dua variabel secara kualitatif dapat dibagi dalam 4 area, yaitu: r = 0,00 0,25 tidak ada hubungan/hubungan lemah r = 0,26 0,50 hubungan sedang r = 0,51 0,75 hubungan kuat r = 0,76 1,00 hubungan sangat kuat/sempurna Kesimpulan dari hasil tersebut: berat badan ibu dan bayi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan berpola positif, artinya semakin bertambah berat badan ibu semakin tinggi berat badan bayinya. Hasil uji statitiik didapatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara berat badan ibu dan berat badan bayi (p = 0,000). B. Regresi Linier Sederhana Dalam analisis regresi kita harus menentukan variabel independen dan dependennya. Dalam kasus ini berat badan ibu sebagai variabel independen dan berat badan bayi sebagai variabel dependen. Caranya: 1. Pastikan tampilan berada pada data editor (SPSS), jika belum, aktifkan data tersebut. 2. Dependent Variable: Berat badan Bayi Dari hasil tersebut, dapat diinterpretasikan dengan mengkaji nilai-nilai yang penting dalam regresi linier diantaranya: pada tabel Model Summary koefisien determinasi (nilai R Square = 0,468) yang artinya persamaan garis regresi yang diperoleh cukup baik untuk menjelaskan variabel berat badan bayi. Selanjutnya pada tabel ANOVA, diperoleh nilai p )di kolom Sig) sebesar 0,000, berarti pada alpha 5% kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa regresi sederhana cocok (fit) dengan data yang ada. Persamaan garis regresi dapat dilihat pada tabel Coefficients yaitu pada kolom B: nilai konstan ini merupakan nilai intercept atau nilai a sebesar 657,929 atau 657,93, sedangkan nilai b = 44,38, sehingga persamaan regresinya: Y = a + bx Berat badan bayi = 657, ,38 x (BB ibu) Misalkan kita ingin mengetahui berat badan bayi jika diketahui berat badan ibu 60 kg, maka: BB bayi = 657, ,38 (60) = 3320,73 gram atau 3,32 kg. Dari nilai b = 44,38 berarti variabel berat badan bayi akan bertambah sebesar 44,38 gram bila berat badan ibu bertambah setiap satu kilogram.
