PI he own of anff will manage snow and ice on municipal roadways and on sidewalks adjacent to municipal property to prevent or reduce accidents and injuries, ensure safe access for emergency vehicles, minimize economic loss to the community, and mitigate harm to the environment caused by the use of salt, chemical de-icers, and abrasives..
