Observe and describe changes ver time in the prperties, lcatin, and mtin f celestial bjects. Explain that there must be a cause fr changes in the mtin f an bject. Identify and describe ways in which heat can be prduced. Prvide evidence frm investigatins t identify prcesses that can be used t change physical prperties f materials. Cmpare the bservable prperties f a variety f bjects and the materials they are made f using evidence frm investigatins. Yu will need a science jurnal t recrd yur respnses. The science jurnal will be used t recrd explratin ideas, data, labeled graphs, newspaper clippings, and persuasive/writings and stries. Students can use a cmpsitin bk r create their wn jurnal by using the materials and directins belw.
