2 ORDER INFORMATION Precision Tank & Equipment Co. stocks a complete line of fertilizer related accessories, replacement and repair parts. This PT&E Parts Catalog contains listings for over 7,500 different parts held in our inventory, ready for immediate shipment. We carry all parts for Precision s line of applicators, tanks, mixers, and production units. Precision also carries parts for almost every other applicator make and model. Toll Free Parts Hotline Precision makes it easy to order. Just call our Toll Free Parts Hotline and place your order. If your order is placed before 3:00 p.m. Central Time, we guarantee same-day shipment of items in stock. Daily shipments can be made from either of our two locations via Mail UPS Truck or Air. Overnight services are available, if needed. Service or Repair Precision employs a staff of professionals that have the experience to service and repair our complete line of equipment. Terms and Conditions Net 30 days to firms with approved credit. All shipments F.O.B., Athens or Virginia, Illinois. Invoices dated the day of shipment, and at prices in effect at time of shipment. Accounts not paid according to terms, a finance charge of 2% per month (which is an annual percentage rate of 24%) will be applied to that portion of your previous balance which is 30 days or more outstanding. All prices are subject to any Federal, State or local taxes required by law. We ask the customer to check all merchandise upon receipt and report shortages, damages, etc. within 10 days. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval. Original packing slip and invoice must accompany goods returned before credit will be issued. Special order items cannot be returned. Precision reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on items returned for credit. Warranty No one shall warranty, either implied or expressed, as to the performance, efficiency or other capability that has not been stated in the manufacturer s guarantee. The manufacturer s policy will determine any replacement of defective merchandise or parts. Such merchandise returned for inspection must be prepaid. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any damage, loss, or expense as a result of defective materials or workmanship, installation, use or other causes beyond the replacement of defective parts.
