Terms defined in the Announcements shall, unless the context otherwise requires, bear the same meaning herein. Attached to the English version of this announcement is the previously published Extract Information, and attached to the Chinese version of this announcement is a Chinese version of the Extract Information. The Chinese version of the Extract Information has been translated from the previously published English version of the Extract Information. Trading in the shares and debt securities of the Company on the Stock Exchange was suspended from 10:00 a.m. on 13 January 2011 pending the release of this announcement.
