Note: The tolerance of the cutting tool shank diameter must be h or better. The cylindrical tool shank should be cleaned and deburred before mounting into the adapter. Shrink fit heating equipment The shrink fit adapters depend upon applying heat to expand the adapter. When cooled, the adapter contracts to grip around the tool shank. Please check if your induction heating equipment can accept the special dimensions of the above short shrink fit adapters. For guaranteed function, optimal tool performance, and for safe and easy handling of the clamping process, it is recommended that Bilz Power Clamp induction heating equipment for short adapters is used.
