2 Recall: man dea of lnear regresson Lnear regresson can be used to study an outcome as a lnear functon of a predctor Example: 60 ctes n the US were evaluated for numerous characterstcs, ncludng: Outcome: the percentage of the populaton that had low ncome Predctor: medan educaton level
