(Standard International) Kuantiti Asas KUANTITI FIZIK *Kuantiti yang boleh diukur dgn suatu alat ukur Kuantiti Terbitan Kuantiti yang menjadi asas kepada sesuatu pengukuran fizik. Bukan gabungan manamana kuantiti fizik Suatu kuantiti fizik yang merupakan gabungan kuantiti-kuantiti asas.

36 Konsep ralat sifar dan ralat paralaks RALAT SIFAR = Nilai bukan sifar yang ditunjukkan oleh alat pengukur semasa tiada sebarang objek diukur BACAAN SEBENAR = Bacaan Diperolehi Ralat Sifar INGAT!!! SEMUA alat pengukur mempunyai bacaan paling kecil yang dapat diukur. Maka, titik perpuluhan bagi nilai yang diambil MESTIlah tidak melebihi bacaan terkecil tersebut.

51 Kelebihan Tolok Skru Mikrometer Ukuran yang tepat (kejituan sehingga 0.01mm, 0.001mm). Kelemahan Tolok Skru Mikrometer Lambat untuk mengambil ukuran. Boleh dilaraskan semula jika ukurannya sudah tidak tepat. Memerlukan penjagaan yang rapi.

61 Untuk menyukat panjang objek sehingga 150mm,seperti diameter bikar. Mempunyai dua skala, iaitu skala utama dan skala vernier. Nilai terkecil pada skala utama adalah 1mm. Skala Vernier mempunyai nilai terkecil 0.1mm, 0.02mm, 0.05mm.

65 Kelebihan Angkup Vernier Kekurangan Angkup Vernier Cepat & mudah digunakan. Boleh mengukur panjang saiz yang bebas. Terdapat 2 unit ukuran, imperial dan metrik. Tidak berapa tepat setelah lama digunakan (kerosakan pada alat). Permukaan ukuran menjadi haus setelah lama digunakan. Tekanan ukuran dengan tangan tidak menghasilkan ukuran yang tepat. Mempunyai bahagian-bahagian ukuran yang sesuai dengan tempat yang diukur.

66 PEMBARIS Senggatan terkecil pada pembaris adalah 1 mm atau 0.1 cm. Pengukuran perlu dicatatkan dalam unit cm. Untuk mengelakkan ralat paralaks semasa menggunakan pembaris, garis penglihatan hendaklah berserenjang dengan skala.
