1 Medical Oxygen Regulators 55B Range regulators are designed for mobile use in demanding conditions. The main material of manufacture is brass. Proven durability means these regulators are sold with a 5 year service interval and 5 year (return to Meditech) warranty. The recommended product life is 10 years. 55SL Range regulators are designed for mobile use where light weight is important. The main material of manufacture is aluminium alloy, but with a brass high pressure oxygen path for safety. 2 Oxygen therapy option: Oxygen therapy is easily chosen by rotating the " selector" (1). The is indicated in the display window (2). For our 0-15 lpm models choose from 0, ½,1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 15 litres per minute. For our 0-25 lpm models choose from 0, ½,1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10,15 and MAX (25) litres per minute. Oxygen at the chosen flow is discharged from the outlet (3). The outlet is designed so that plastic oxygen tubing can be securely held in place on the barbed fir-tree style connector. Alternative connection (4) is the threaded connector 9/16-18 for attaching a humidifier or other accessory. Meditech gauges: Designed for high visibility in daylight and with a luminous face for night use. The gauge needle spans over 180 degrees between 200 bar and zero, clearly indicating the pressure. The gauge also features coloured segments, green indicating the range of full cylinders and red for empty. The energy release to rear of the gauge enhances user safety. A rubber protective boot surrounds the gauge for added protection against damage.

The regulators shown in this brochure are designed to function on an inlet pressure (oxygen cylinder working pressure) up to 200 bar. The nominal output pressure is 4 bar. All regulators incorporate a sintered inlet filter and have an integral pressure relief valve for safety.
