Each SVC will need to adhere to their respective cut-off time for this material. 2 - Additional requirement - 2 extra copies of Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD). 3- Additional 2 days transit. 4- Inbound material exiting mainland UK is acceptable to these destinations. No outbound material. Multimodal Dangerous Goods Note must be supplied. 5 -HKG & SIN days 1,2 & 3 only. Only HKG/SIN codes. No transit material. 6 -No animal specimens permitted Shipper must pre alert to dg@norsk-global.com, before times stated on the capabilities sheet, with the following information: n Full Description of the shipment n Full Company name, address, contact name, telephone number and address of consignee n All relevant paperwork that is to accompany shipment (ie: copy waybill, invoice and Dangerous Goods Declaration and Import licences (if required). A confirmation will be sent by Norsk if all is in order prior to shipping, copy of approval to be attached to shipment Only Lithium battery shipments under PI965/PI968 section I(b) and section II (Batteries on their own) need to be pre-alerted. 14 -Class 9 shipments only 7 -Not applicable 8 -Material Safety Data Sheet must be attached to outside of every shipment. Lithium metal batteries on their own PI968 section I(b) & section II prohibited. 9 - Only addresses in MOW, SVO, DME (Moscow city and Moscow region) and LED (St Petersburg and St Petersburg region) can be serviced. 15- Forbidden UN numbers Explosive material of class 1 Class 3: UN1204, UN2059, UN3064, UN3343, UN3357, UN3379.
