A f ter setting upper and low er die, the system can b e set up b y sim ply inputting sheet siz e and product size. The graphical illustrations on the screen are sim ple and easy to understand. Sheets are registered b y vacuum b elt and position is firmly secured with gripper rollers for high quality finish. Servo m otor driven gripper rollers ensure the die cut position w ithout ef f ecting processing speed. 2 Fe e d Se c t i o n 4 M a r k Se n s op tr i o n V acuum b elt f eeding enab les superior f eeding w ith easy setup and operation. A n ultrasonic sensor is used f or doub le f eed detection on a w ide range of sub strates. The optional m ark sensor reads the m ark printed in the l eading m argin of sheet. I f the printing im age is of f set, the position is autom atically calib rated to process the the sheet accurately. 6
