It allowed us to take an aesthetic form and encase within it the parameters that are even better than those offered by our sturdy INLENE industrial luminaire. It s a great example that with a proper combination of design and engineering an improvement of quality and parameters can be achieved. Thanks to various enhancements, including modified shape of the bars, we were able to prevent virtually any dust and other pollutants from settling on the XLENE. The aesthetics of a product allow to instantly recognise its high quality. This simple rule definitely works for XLENE. It is an upgraded version of our flagship product i.e. the INLENE luminaire, current iteration of which being a result of cumulation of many years of experiences and improvements. Yet, in some respects, we have managed to make the XLENE even better! 20/+55 C operating temperature The triangular cross-section of bars allows only a minimum amount of dust to settle on their smooth surface and facilitates the cleaning process. This makes the XLENE luminaires well suited for food production facilities where the HACCP standards must be observed, as well as other places with higher cleanliness requirements. We have also introduced the possibility of changing bars. In case of a failure, instead of the whole lamp, you can just send the faulty bar to service. These are very rare events, but the knowledge that such option exists gives a feeling of a complete control over the lighting equipment. We have also improved the heat dissipation system by modifying the shape of bars and slightly correcting their positions which resulted in better cooling of lamps. At the same time, we have kept what made our lamps stand out from the rest: A modular design allowing adjustment of the size of the luminaire and light parameters to the conditions and requirements set by the Client. Also, the innovative design concept, based on separate bars, with space left between them for the air to flow up and take away any excess heat generated by the LED modules and the power supply unit, remained unchanged.
