6 Elective modules (Wahlbereich) Any university course including physics modules. Language courses ( advanced Mathematics, Chemistry, transferable skills, more Physics courses, 1st year courses of the Bachelor programme in physics or mathematics are excluded. Credit points for Bachelor courses of other disciplines may be reduced (please ask examination board (Prof. Getzlaff)). Graded courses/modules count for final grade.

9 Exams Cover entire moduls Most exams are oral exams (date of exam may be individually arranged); some are written tests Registration: 2 weeks before exam with examination office (Frau Vandrey); this applies also for Bachelor students who already take Master s courses Exception seminars: registration with professor Exception - directed study within complimentary physics module: registration with professor Exception - directed study within specialization: registration with examination board (Prof. Getzlaff)
