4 G e n e r a l R e m i n d e r s B E F O R E Y O U T R A V E L Please ensure that your passport is valid at least 6 months from the date of your departure. It is also advisable for you to obtain travel insurance to cover your travel during the duration of your stay in Philippines, in case of any unfortunate incidents. Please bring along the invitation letter, a copy of your return ticket and enough money to cover expenses during your stay in Philippines. Ensure you have the address of the accommodation you are staying at, if requested by Immigration. Please inform and provide details of your travel itinerary, time, and location to your friends, family and country representative. Should you not arrive as planned, they may contact the organizing committee in the Philippines for assistance. U P O N A R R I V A L In case of lost baggage or other claims, please report immediately to the airport security, your airline or check with your insurance company on the correct procedure. Please note that passport control process may take longer this time (queuing for entry visa stamp) due to the ASEAN Summit.

Photos of participants will be taken for documentation purposes. But if you do not like to have your photos taken or included in the ACSC/APF page, please notify any of the Secretariat Team. S O C I A L M E D I A P O L I C Y Every participant is free to Tweet or share about the Conference, using the official hashtags #acscapf2017 and #peoplesasean. Participants will be advised when not to document sensitive topics or sessions during the plenary or breakouts.

8 H o w t o g e t t h e r e C O M M U T E 1. From the airport, take bus going to MRT TAFT STATION. 2. Ride the MRT and get down at QUEZON AVENUE STATION. 3. Ride the jeepney going to UP CAMPUS. Get down at the UP Shopping Center. 4. At the Shopping Center, ride an IKOT JEEPNEY to the Bahay ng Alumni for plenary, or CHR (Commission on Human Rights) for breakouts. U B E R O R G R A B Grab and Uber are very accessible in the Philippines. From the airport or hotel, type "University of the Philippines Bahay ng Alumni" as your destination. Travel cost must be shouldered by the participant. Standard Uber or Grab price from airport is USD 10 (aprox. PHP500)

9 A I R F A R E A N D O T H E R C O S T Participants must book and pay for their own airfare. Other travel costs will also be shouldered by the participants. R E G I S T R A T I O N Booths will be set up on November 10 and 11 for the collection of registration fees and conference kits. Approach the booth which corresponds to your country. However, a separate booth will be for those representing international and regional organizations. M E A L S Meal stubs will be distributed during the registration.

Bring light jackets and umbrellas for rain, and shoes that are suitable for walking long distances. Filipinos speak English as a second language.
