Spetrosopi tehniques were employe to hrterize DAG n Ts. FTI ws employe to verify, protetion of glyine y etyl groups. The ispperne of υ(h) t m -1 showe e-protontion of free lign. The Δυ 150<200 m -1 of Ts 4-7 verifie ientte oorintion with tetrherl geometry. The Δυ of Ts 1 n 3 ws <200 m -1 exhiiting trns-otherl geometry while T 2 imer ws ssigne unique sinusoil view. The 1 H M spetr of Ts verifie their synthesis y e-protontion of DAG n no hemil shift ws foun ownfiel for roxyli i proton. The 13, 119 M n Mss spetrometri t lso supporte FTI n 1 H M esriptions. The Ts 4, 5, 6 n 7 (500 ppm) prove twie s tive ginst Esherihi oli s the stnr ntiioti enoxin (1000 ppm). The promising property of the Ts (4, 5, 6 n 7) is lerly ue to their tetrherl.
