We presen novel approaches o he dynamics of an open quanum sysem coupled linearly o a non-markovian fermionic or bosonic environmen. In he firs approach, we obain a hierarchy of sochasic evoluion equaions of he diffusion ype. For he bosonic case such a hierarchy has been derived and proven suiable for efficien numerical simulaions recenly [arxiv: ]. The sochasic fermionic hierarchy derived here conains Grassmannian noise, which makes i difficul o simulae numerically due o is ani-commuaive muliplicaion. Therefore, in our second approach we eliminae he noise by deriving a relaed hierarchy of densiy marices. A similar reformulaion of he bosonic hierarchy of pure saes o a maser equaion hierarchy is also presened. The heory of open quanum sysems has become an imporan opic in modern physics and is applicaions, since many ineresing phenomena of quanum sysems emerge only when he influence of he sysem s environmen is aken ino accoun [1, 2, 3]. However, realisic sysem-bah models are ofen analyically and numerically inracable even if one is only ineresed in he relevan degrees of freedom, i.e. he reduced densiy operaor. Neverheless, since he low-energy behavior of he environmen is generally independen of is dynamical deails [4], a coarse-grained descripion is ofen sufficien for all pracical purposes. One sandard example is an environmen of uncoupled harmonic oscillaors, which is a good approximaion for weakly coupled delocalized modes [5]. Here, we will address anoher sandard model, namely an environmen of non-ineracing fermions. These environmenal models are ofen simplified furher using he Born-Markov approximaion for a memory-less, weakly coupled environmen [3]. Recenly, here has been a growing ineres in going beyond his Markov approximaion, which fails in paricular if he coupling beween sysem and bah is no weak or when one deals wih a srucured environmen [1, 2]. Because of is imporance, e.g., for ranspor hrough molecules or quanum dos, various approaches have been developed o go beyond he Born-Markov regime in fermionic environmens see for example [6, 7, 8, 9]. Disinguished feaures of non-markovian dynamics are discussed in [10].

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 2 One powerful approach o obain he dynamics of he sysem for such a non- Markovian seing is non-markovian quanum sae diffusion NMQSD. The NMQSD approach was originally derived for a harmonic oscillaor environmen [11, 12, 13, 14]. A relaed NMQSD equaion for fermionic environmens has been derived recenly [15, 16]. Wihin NMQSD one obains a sochasic Schrödinger equaion of he diffusion ype ha lives in he Hilber space of he sysem. Is soluions so called quanum rajecories yield he reduced densiy operaor by an average over disinc realizaions. The main difference beween he bosonic and fermionic heory is he noise processes enering he equaions of moion: While he influence of a bosonic environmen can be described exacly by a complex-valued colored Gaussian process, fermionic environmens require he use of Grassmannian colored noise. An obsacle of he NMQSD equaions is ha i conains he noise no only as a muliplicaive erm, bu also wihin a funcional derivaive under a memory inegral. To ackle his problem, we have recenly derived a hierarchy of pure saes HOPS for he bosonic case [17]. This hierarchy consiss of a se of coupled equaions where he noise eners only linear. The price one has o pay is ha insead of an inracable memory inegral one deals wih an infinie hierarchy of coupled sochasic equaions. Forunaely, i urns ou ha one can ofen runcae he hierarchy a quie low order resuling in a sysem of equaions which can be solved numerically in an efficien way. One main resul of he presen work is he derivaion of such a hierarchy of pure saes for he fermionic heory, which has srucure very similar o he bosonic one. In conras o he bosonic case, where one can easily generae he complex Gaussian noise, a numerical simulaion of he fermionic HOPS seems o be unfeasible due o he ani-commuing Grassmannian processes. Therefore, we will go one sep furher and eliminae he noise by deriving a hierarchy of maser equaions based on he fermionic HOPS, which can be solved numerically efficien. The corresponding maser equaion for a bosonic environmen based on he esablished hierarchy of pure saes [17] is also presened. Alhough he hierarchical descripion of pure sae dynamics is quie new, hierarchical equaions of moion for densiy operaors of open quanum sysems coupled o bosonic [18] or fermionic [6] environmens are well esablished ools. The paper is organized as follows: In Sec. 2 we elaborae on he fermionic heory: Firs, we recapiulae he fermionic NMQSD approach in Sec. 2.1 in order o recall he esablished heory and inroduce our noaion. Then, Sec. 2.2 is devoed o he fermionic HOPS and he hierarchy of densiy marices is derived in he following Sec Finally, we discuss finie-emperaure environmens in 2.4. The corresponding heory for bosonic environmens is reaed in Sec. 3: Sec. 3.1 summarizes he HOPS consrucion from [17]. The novel resul for bosonic environmens, namely he hierarchy of maser equaions, can be found in Sec We use unis where k B = = Fermionic Environmens Le us consider he oal Hamilonian H o = H +H env +H in, 1 where H capures he sysem s free dynamics and H env = j,λ ω j,λb j,λ b j,λ he dynamics of an environmen consising of indisinguishable spin-1/2 paricles described

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 3 by fermionic ladder operaors obeying canonical ani-commuaor relaions } } {b j,λ,b j,λ = 0 and {b j,λ,b j,λ = δ jj δ λλ. 2 The ineracion of sysem and environmen is modeled by a linear coupling Hamilonian H in = gj,λl j b j,λ +g j,λl j b j,λ. 3 j,λ Here, L j are sysem operaors and g j,λ are complex numbers quanifying he coupling srengh of he respecive fermion j, λ. We assume ha all sysem operaors commue wih environmen operaors or, pu differenly, ha he sysem is disinguishable from he environmen. Such a model arises, for example, in he descripion of unneling hrough a quanum do or molecules [7]. I is convenien o encode he frequency dependence of he ineracion srenghs in he so called specral densiies J j ω = g j,λ 2 δω ω j,λ, 4 λ which are ypically assumed o be coninuous funcions of frequency. For now we will confine he discussion o he zero-emperaure case wih pure iniial condiion Ψ 0 = ψ and rea he more general case of a hermal iniial sae in Sec Here, 0 denoes he vacuum wih respec o all b j,λ. Since he full dynamics governed by he Hamilonian 1 is uniary, he full sae of sysem and bah can be described by a pure sae Ψ a all imes. The reason for inroducing a disincion beween sysem and environmen in he firs place is ha we are only ineresed in he reduced sae of he former ρ = Tr env Ψ Ψ. 6 However, he NMQSD formalism recalled in he nex secion is formally equivalen o solving he full Schrödinger equaion for Ψ Fermionic NMQSD The heory of non-markovian quanum sae diffusion for fermionic environmens has been derived in [15, 16]. Here, we will briefly recapiulae he crucial seps in order o esablish he noaion used hroughou he paper. Similar o he bosonic case, he fermionic NMQSD heory is based on a represenaion of he bah degrees of freedom in coheren saes z := j λ z jλ, where a non-normalized fermionic coheren sae is defined similarly o is bosonic counerpar by z jλ = e z jλb jλ 0 = 0 zjλ b j,λ 0 7 Here, he z jλ are ani-commuing Grassmann variables wih {z jλ,z j λ } = {zjλ,z j λ } = δ j,j and {z jλ,b j λ } = {z jλ,b j λ } = δ j,j. For more deails on hese coheren saes see e.g. [19, 20].

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 4 We now expand he bah degrees of freedom of he full sysem-environmen sae wih respec o he coheren saes inroduced above ψ z := z Ψ. We also absorb he free ime evoluion of he environmen using he ineracion picure wih respec o H env. The resuling Schrödinger equaion for ψ z hen reads ψ z = ihψ z i j,λ i j,λ g j,λl j e iω j,λ z j,λψ z g j,λ L j e iω j,λ z j,λ ψ z, 8 where z j,λ denoes he lef-derivaive wih respec o zj,λ. In he following we will drop he arrow from lef-derivaives and only indicae righ-derivaives explicily. The main resul of [15, 16] is ha 8 can be recas ino a sochasic Schrödinger equaion of he quanum sae diffusion ype, namely ψ Z = ihψ Z L j Z j ψ Z L j 0 α j s δψ Z δzj ds 9 s where he sochasic process Zj = i λ g j,λ eiωj,λ zj,λ correlaion funcion α j = g j,λ 2 e iω j,λ λ is characerized by is 10 hrough EZ j = EZ j Z j s = 0, E Z j Z j s = δ jj α s. 11 Noe ha he Z are Grassmannian processes, i.e. values a differen imes anicommue hindering an efficien numerical generaion of hese processes. Furhermore, Eq. 10 is he well-known relaion of he zero-emperaure bah correlaion funcion and he specral densiy 4 hrough a one-sided Fourier ransform [1]. Besides describing he correlaion of he noise process, he bah correlaion funcion also weighs he funcional derivaive a differen imes under he memory inegral in 9. Since his erm is non-local in ime as well as in he realizaion of he processes, i is unclear how his erm can be evaluaed in general. We will abbreviae he full memory inegral inroducing he lef-derivaion operaor D j, ψ Z = α j s δψ Z δzj ds. 12 s In previous works[15, 21], his funcional derivaive was replaced by an operaor ansaz acing in he sysem s Hilber space δψ Z /δz j s = Q,s,Z ψ Z. For cerain simple models, his ansaz is exac and he Q-operaor independen of he noise [15]. The laer propery can be used o derive a maser equaion for he reduced densiy operaor 6. However, no feasible scheme for calculaing he Q-operaor and, hence, solving he fermionic NMQSD equaion 9 has been found so far. Therefore, we will presen a differen approach in he nex secion ha does no rely on he Q-operaor ansaz. Noe ha he inegral boundaries in 9 arise from he specific vacuum iniial condiions 5; see [17, Foonoe 42] for deails.

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics Fermionic Hierarchy of Pure Saes InanalogyohebosoniccaseofRef.[17]wedefineauxiliarysaesusinghederivaion operaors 12 ψ k := D k1 1, Dk2 2,...ψ = D k ψ. 13 In conras o HOPS for a harmonic oscillaor environmen, he order of funcional derivaive operaors is relevan here, since hey ani-commue. For he same reason, all auxiliary saes wih some k j > 1 vanish as expeced from he fac ha he D i, are linear combinaions of fermionic annihilaion operaors from he microscopic poin of view 8. Wih his noaion he memory inegrals in 9 can be wrien as Idenifying ψ wih ψ 0 ψ 1,0,... := D 1, ψ, ψ 0,1,... := D 2, ψ, allows us o rewrie 9 as ψ 0 = ihψ 0 L j Z jψ 0 L j ψej. 15 Here, we inroduce a more compac noaion of 14 using he j-h uni vecor in R J wih J being he number of processes in 9. In order o obain he equaions of moion for he auxiliary saes 13 we assume ha he bah correlaion funcions have an exponenial form α j = g j e γj iωj. 16 In he following we use he shor hand w j = γ j +iω j for he exponen and refer o he uple g j,w j as a mode. I is easy o generalize o a sum of exponenials similar o he bosonic case [17]. Such bah correlaion funcions arise naurally for many models in he finie-emperaure case T > 0 as discussed in Sec For such exponenial BCFs we obain see Appendix A for he deails he hierarchy ψ k = ih k w + 1 k j Z j L j ψ k 1 k j gj L j ψ k ej 1 k j L j ψk+ej 17 Here, we have inroduced k = k 1,...,k J, w = w 1,...,w J, and k w = k 1 w 1 + +k J w J. Furhermore, we use he noaion k = k 1 + +k J for he sum over all k j and k j = k j+1 + +k J denoes he sum wihou he firs j componens. In 17 all saes wih some k j / {0,1} vanish as menioned below Eq. 13. The iniial condiions 5 ranslae o ψ 0 0 = ψ 0 and ψ k 0 = 0 for k Equaion 17 is our firs imporan resul of his paper. I will serve as a saring poin for he derivaion of a densiy marix hierarchy. Noe ha 17 is a finie sysem of 2 J coupled equaions as before, J denoes he number of modes. This is in marked conras o he bosonic case of Ref. [17], where one has an infinie sysem of equaions, which has o be runcaed for all pracical purposes. Alhough now he sysem 17 is finie, for a large number of modes J i quickly becomes inracable large for numerical simulaions. Therefore, as

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 6 in he bosonic case, i is useful o runcae he sysem in an appropriae way. One possibiliywould beo excludeall saeswih k > K, wherekiscalledhe runcaing order. Comparing calculaions wih increasing order allows for a sysemaic check of convergence. Anoher possible runcaion crierion is w k > W, where W is a maximal energy. However, even wih a suiable runcaion, direc simulaion as for he bosonic HOPS is problemaic since Grassmannian sochasic processes are hard o simulae Fermionic Maser Equaion Hierarchy From he sochasic rajecories we obain he reduced densiy operaor by see Ref. [15], Eq. 17 ρ = E ψ Z ψ Z = E ψ Z ψ Z, 19 where we have defined ψ Z = ψ Z. Pu ino words: ψ Z is he soluion of 9 evaluaed a Z. Therefore, for each realizaion ψ Z one would have o compue ψ Z as well by propagaing 17 wih Z replaced by Z. Our aim is o ge rid of he problemaic noise processes in 17 by consrucing a hierarchy of densiy operaors similar o ha for he pure saes 13. To his end, we inroduce auxiliary densiy operaors by ρ m,n = E ψ m ψ n 20 wih n ψ Z = ψ n Z. Using he equaions of moion 17 we find ρ m,n [ = i H,ρ m,n + 1 m j + 1 n j ] m w +n w ρ m,n L j E Zj ψ m ψ n E ψ m 1 m j gj L j ρ m ej,n ψ n Z j L j + 1 n j g j ρ m,n ej L j 1 m j L j ρm+ej,n + 1 n m,n+e j ρ j L j 21 This equaion sill conains he Grassmann processes in he averages. However, hese can be eliminaed using he Grassmannian Novikov heorem see Ref. [15] and Appendix B. Finally, we obain he following hierarchy of densiy operaors ρ m,n [ = i H,ρ m,n ] m w +n w ρ m,n 1 m j gj L j ρ m ej,n 1 m j L j ρm+ej,n 1 n j g j ρ m,n ej L j 1 n ρ m+ej,n L j 1 m L j ρ m,n+ej 1 n m,n+e j ρ j L j 22

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 7 This consiues he second resul of he presen work. As for he sochasic fermionic hierarchy 17, his is a finie se of 2 2J equaions. For numerical purposes i migh again be advanageous o use a suiable runcaion. Also, he accuracy of a runcaed hierarchy can be increased by approximaing runcaed auxiliary operaors using a so called erminaor [17] Thermal iniial sae Clearly, he pure sae hierarchy 17 and herefore also he densiy operaor hierarchy 22 depends crucially on he bounded domains of he memory inegrals. These only arise for an iniial vacuum sae of he bah 5 as indicaed in he foonoe on page 4. Remarkably, i is possible o map he equaions of moion corresponding o an iniial hermal sae ρ o = 0 = ψ 0 ψ 0 ρ h 23 o he esablished zero-emperaure NMQSD equaion 9. Here, he hermal bah sae is given by ρ h = e Henv µnenv T /Z, wih he chemical poenial µ and he pariion funcion Z = Tr env e Henv µnenv T. By doubling he degrees of freedom using he well-known Bogoliubov ransformaion [14, 21, 22] he resuling NMQSD equaion reads [16] ψ = ihψ L j Z jψ L j W j ψ L j 0 α j s L j β j s 0 δψ ds 24 s δz j δψ ds, s δw j where we now have anoher auxiliary process Wj for each original process Z j. Thecorrelaionfuncionsα j andβ j in24alsocharacerizehesenoiseprocesses: E Z j Z j s = α j s = E W j W j s = β j s = 0 0 J j ω1 n j ωe iω s dω 25 J j ω n j ωe iω s dω, 26 wih all oher relaions being zero similar o 11. Here, n j ω denoes he Fermi- Dirac disribuion funcion now wih a possibly differen chemical poenial for each independen bah n j ω = e ω µj/t In he case of self-adjoin coupling operaors L j = L j one can go on sep furher and combine each Zj and W j ino he sum processes Z j = Z j + W j. Remarkably, he corresponding correlaion funcion { α = α+β = Jω 0 cosω ianh ω 2T sinω } dω27 is also he well known hermal correlaion funcion for a spin bah [1]. In conclusion, he resuling finie emperaure NMQSD equaion in his case is idenical o he zeroemperaure version 9 excep for he hermal bah correlaion funcion.

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 8 Besides incorporaing he effecs of finie emperaure on he sysem s dynamics, he hermal bah correlaion funcion 27 also provides a naural way o obain he crucial decomposiion of he BCF as a sum of exponenials. Here, we will only skech he idea following he deailed exposiion for a bosonic environmen in Ref. [23]: Due o he symmeric behavior under reflecion a he origin of he erm in braces in 27, a symmeric coninuaion Jω = { Jω : ω 0 J ω : ω < 0 les us expand he inegral boundaries in 27 o he whole real axis α = 1 { Jω cosω ianh ω } 2 2T sinω dω. 29 Closing he inegral conour in he upper/lower complex half plane and employing he residual heorem yields exacly he sough afer sum of exponenials provided we can express he inegrand as a sum of poles. Many realisic specral are given as a finie sum of poles [22], whereas for he hyperbolic angens a suiable sum-over-poles scheme has o be employed, i.e. he Masubara decomposiion [24], coninued fracion expansion [25], or he Padé decomposiion [26]. 3. Bosonic Environmens The second par of he paper is devoed o he relaed maser equaion hierarchy for an environmen of harmonic oscillaors. The bosonic microscopical Hamilonian is idenical o 1 he Hamilonian used in he previous secion excep ha he environmen s creaion and annihilaion operaors b j,λ and b j,λ are replaced by heir bosonic counerpars. In oher words, he ani-commuaors in Eq. 2 are replaced by commuaors ] [ [bj,λ,b = 0 and j,λ bj,λ,b ] j,λ = δjj δ λλ. 30 Wihou any approximaion, such a model leads o he well-known NMQSD equaion [11, 12, 13, 14], which agreeswih Eq. 9 excep for he noise Z : In conras o he fermionic case, he noise process in he bosonic equaion is complex valued and, herefore, efficienly implemenable for large classes of bah correlaion funcions [27] Bosonic Hierarchy of Pure Saes Due o he similariies of he underlying NMQSD equaions, he fermionic Eq. 17 and bosonic hierarchy of pure saes [17, Eq. 14] ψ k = ih k w Z j L j ψ k 28 g j L j ψ k ej L j ψk+ej 31 are remarkably similar. Besides he obvious sign prefacors in 17 and he differen noise processes, he crucial difference is number of auxiliary saes: Whereas he fermionic hierarchy is always finie due o he condiion k j {0,1}, is bosonic counerpar is originally infinie wih k j N 0. Only a suiable runcaion urns he laer ino a pracical scheme [17].

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics Bosonic Maser Equaion Hierarchy Clearly, he similariies of he wo pure sae hierarchies carries over o he hierarchy of densiy marices: The consrucion of he bosonic maser equaion hierarchy [ ] ρ m,n = i H,ρ m,n m w +n w ρ m,n m j g j L j ρ m ej,n [ L j,ρm+ej,n ] + [ j n j g j ρm,n ej L j 32 L j,ρ m,n+ej ] runs along he same lines as he derivaion in Sec Here, he indices m j,n j N 0 are no bounded from above and, herefore, he hierarchy is infinie in principle and has o be runcaed for numerical simulaions. Noe he close relaion beween he fermionic and bosonic equaions: besides he prefacors m j and n j in 32, which are irrelevan for m j,n j {0,1}, he wo hierarchies only differ in he addiional sign facors 1 m and 1 n in Conclusions In he presen work we have considered an open sysem model wih a fermionic environmen which is coupled linearly o he sysem. The wo main resuls are he derivaion of a hierarchy of pure saes17 and he corresponding hierarchy for densiy marices 22. The saring poin was he general sochasic NMQSD equaion ha conains Grassmannian noise as well as a funcional derivaives wih respec o his noise under a memory inegral. The hierarchy of pure saes 17 no longer conains his funcional derivaive, however, i sill conains he Grassmann noise, which hinders efficien numerical simulaions. In conras, he hierarchy for densiy marices 22 also ges rid of he noise making i suiable for numerical simulaions. Boh, he hierarchy of pure saes 17 and he hierarchy for densiy marices 22, are acually finie and allow o compue he reduced densiy operaor of he sysem exacly. However, he number of coupled differenial equaions scales as 2 J for he pure sae hierarchy and as 2 2J for he hierarchy for densiy marices. Noe ha he objecs enering hese equaions have he dimension D of he sysem Hilber space in he case of he pure sae hierarchy and D 2 for he marix hierarchy. Since for a large number of modes J he size of he problem becomes numerically inracable, i is necessary o runcae he hierarchy in a suiable way. This can be done along he lines discussed a he end of Sec In he second par of he paper we showed ha he consrucion of a densiy operaor hierarchy from a hierarchy of pure saes is also feasible for bosonic environmens. Since in his case, boh, Eq. 31 and 32 are suiable for numerical simulaions, a comparison of heir performance is needed o asses heir respecive srenghs and weaknesses [o be published]. Furhermore, here remains he challenging problem o esablish he connecion beween he densiy operaor hierarchies based on HOPS presened here and he esablished hierarchical equaions of moion [6, 18]. I is even possible o rea sysems coupled o boh ypes of environmens using he approach presened in his paper. Also, furher generalizaions o muliple disinguishable kinds of fermions or o a spin bah e.g. arising as low-emperaure

Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 10 limi of localized modes[28] are possible as well. This makes he hierarchical approach presened in his a paper a highly flexible ool in he field of open quanum sysem dynamics. Appendix A. Derivaion of he fermionic hierarchy of pure saes The derivaion for he fermionic hierarchy of pure saes is very similar o ha of he bosonic one discussed in [17] To have a compac noaion, we ignore he condiion k j {0,1} for our derivaion. In he end i will urn ou ha hese condiions are rivially incorporaed due o he srucure of he hierarchy. We sar by aking he ime derivaive of ψ k. Using is definiion 13 we find ψ k = D k ψ +D k ψ A.1 For he firs erm on he righ hand side we use D j, ψ = w j D j, ψ. For he second erm on he righ hand side we use ha all sysem operaors commue wih all D j, and obain ψ k = k wψ k ihψ k + L j D k Zjψ L j Dk D j, ψ j j }{{}}{{} A.2 To obain a closed equaion for he auxiliary saes, we wan he D j, ordered as in he definiion 13. In we have o move D j, o he correc posiion noe he ordering in 13: D k D j, = 1 kj D k1 1,...D j,d kj J, = 1 kj+1+ +kj D k1 1,...Dkj+1 j, D kj J,. A.3 In we have o bring Zj in fron of Dk. This can be achieved by noing ha {D j,,zj s} = δ jj α s. We hen find D k Z j = 1 kj D k1 1,...Z jd kj J, = 1 kj+1+ +kj D 1,...D kj = 1 k j D1,... D kj 1 j, Zj D j, +D kj 1 j, g j... =... 11 Hierarchical equaions for open sysem dynamics 11 where k and k j have been defined below Eq. 17. Combining A.3 and A.4 leads o he apparenly infinie hierarchy of pure saes for fermionic environmen ψ k = ih k w + 1 k j Z jl j ψ k 1 k j kj mod 2g j L j ψ k ej 1 k j 1 k jl j ψk+ej A.5 Noe haallsaeswih somek j / {0,1} whichshouldbe zeroacually onlycouple o oher saes also saisfying his condiion: Due o he modulo funcion in he erm coupling o saes below in he hierarchy, saes wih some k j / {0,1} ha are iniially zero always remain zero. Therefore, he closed and finie hierarchy wih all k j {0,1} and equaion A.5 can be wrien as 17. Appendix B. Derivaion of Maser Equaion hierarchy In his appendix we provide he Novikov heorem, which is essenial o ge from Eq. 21 o Eq. 22. The Novikov heorem allows us o ge rid of he explici dependence of he Grassmann processes in he second and hird line of 21 by a parial inegraion. For he fermionic case he Novikov heorem has been discussed in [15] see Eq. 22 and 23 herein. We need wo varians of he Novikov heorem: and E E ψ m ψ n Z j = E dsα j s Z j ψm = ρ m+ej,n δ δzj s ψm ψ n = E dsα j s ψ m ψ n ψ n B.1 δ δz j s = ρ m,n+ej, B.2 where in he second line of each equaion we have used he definiion of he auxiliary marices 20 and he definiions 12 and 13. In he second equaion he righfuncional derivaive appears and we have used δ ψ Z δz j s = δ ψ Z δz j s = δ ψ Z δz j s. Z = Z B.3 These wo equaions B.1 and B.2 show ha i is possible o express he averages in he second and hird line of 21 conaining he noise process explicily by he auxiliary densiy operaors. [1] U.
