3 P O L I C I E S A N D P A Y M E N T D E P O S I T S : For all Weddings, we require a $1, deposit at time of contract. This deposit will be used to secure your event space and put towards your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. Please see the Booking Contract for additional deposit information. F I N A L P A Y M E N T S : The remainder of your bill is due no later than 10 business days prior to your reception. We also require a credit card on file for any last-minute charges over your final payment amount. Nothing will be charged without prior notification. You are more than welcome to make payments on a payment schedule prior to the event, if desired. The final payment will be based on estimated charges based on your guaranteed number of people and services rendered. G U A R A N T E E D A T T E N D A N C E : Your final number of guests is due to the Catering office no later than 72 business hours prior to the reception. If the guaranteed number falls below 80% of the contracted attendance or minimums set forth in the contract, additional charges may apply. Discounted meal prices apply for children 12 and under. Please provide the number of children attending when submitting your Guaranteed Attendance. F I N A L D E T A I L S : The final details of the reception need to be decided and finalized no later than one month prior to the reception. A planning meeting may be set up at 6 or 3 months prior to the event to discuss the progress and ask questions. As always, communication is welcomed when needed via or telephone with your Wedding Coordinator. F O O D A N D B E V E R A G E : All Food and Beverage must be supplied by the hotel, with the exception of your cake, nuts, and mints on the cake table. P E R S O N A L A T T E N T I O N : Our professional Wedding Coordinator will be at your event to ensure flawless execution of every detail. Our staff will be on hand to over-see proper set-up and timeliness of events during the evening. Our Banquet Manager will also be introduced to you for an additional contact person during your event.
