1 Hiding God's word: 1. Read through each group of verses in your Bible until you are able to read using only the letter prompts. 2. Recite each passage daily using only the letter prompts. 3. Make a diagonal mark (\) in a box for each day the verses can be recited from memory. 4. After 30 days, go back to the first box and make a diagonal mark (/) the opposite direction. 5. After another 30 days, make a horizontal mark through the middle of the X. 6. Add another group of verses after you are competent with the previous group. 7. If your schedule gets interrupted for a period of time, simply pick up where you left off. It's fine to work slowly. Better to know a few verses well that have truly become a part of you than to learn just to forget.
