5 Gold and Base Metals PROJECT OVERVIEW Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Alliance Resources Ltd) acquired 51% of Wilcherry Project from Trafford Resources Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Tyranna Resources Ltd) for $2 million in October 2016 and has entered into a joint venture over the Project (Alliance 51% and manager) Tyranna is a very supportive joint venturer Located in the Gawler Craton, northern Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. Seven granted EL s for 1,200 km 2 Prospective for gold and base metals Drilling by previous explorers has identified significant mineralised systems within Palaeoproterozoic metasediments which are intruded by Hiltaba Suite granites Strong depletion of metals in the regolith to depths of m and shallow transported cover obscures most of the bedrock. This represents an opportunity for an explorer using modern geophysics Priority prospects: Weednanna (gold), Zealous (tin) and Telephone Dam (zinc-lead-sliver) Exploration by joint venture commenced in November

8 Weednanna Gold Prospect Weednanna is one of the most advanced prospects at Wilcherry Originally a Shell Company of Australia base metals target Acacia defined a strong gold-in-calcrete anomaly coincident with a NNW-trending magnetic anomaly in 1997 Drilling by Acacia and others established gold mineralisation coincident with a NNW-trending magnetic anomaly over 1.3 km In 2004, Aquila Resources aircore drilled a NW-trending target west of the main magnetic anomaly and intersected gold at the bottom of several of the holes, yet this was not considered enough to retain the project. At the time of Aquila s withdrawal, Weednanna was considered to be one of the best targets, but was poorly understood. Trafford acquired the project in 2006 and its maiden drilling tested the 2004 aircore results, returning record intersections for Weednanna Weednanna The magnetic anomaly was the crystalline magnetite target for Ironclad Mining Ltd and the main gold target for Trafford 8

21 Nepean South Project (100%) The Project is located 26 km southwest of Coolgardie, WA and is prospective for both komatiitic-hosted nickel sulphide deposits and greenstone-hosted orogenic gold deposits Alliance has continued to define a large gold-in-soil anomaly located approximately 4 km southwest of the Nepean Mine, following a 3 rd phase of auger sampling in March 2017 The decision to conduct auger sampling for gold resulted from 1981 percussion drilling by Metals Exploration, including one hole (MLX005), which returned 0.37 g/t Au from 10.7m to EOH The gold anomaly is now 1,350m in length, up to 850m wide and remains open in the north Nepean South Project: gold-in-soil results on an aeromagnetic image Legend - Black dots: ppb Au Red dots: >6.5 ppb Au (anomalous) 0.37 g/t Au The size and tenor of this gold anomaly indicates a potential primary gold occurrence Planned exploration for the current quarter is infill and extensional soil sampling in the north to further define the limits of the gold anomaly, followed by aircore drilling Nearest treatment plant is Three Mile Hill (Focus Minerals Ltd), 30 km to the northeast Refer Alliance s ASX announcement dated 30 March
